Ingredients:
Milk 200 ml
Dry yeast 7 g
Flour 550-600 g
Baking powder 5 g
Vanilla sugar
Egg 4 pcs
Sugar 70 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 50 g
Olive or sunflower oil 25 ml
Raisins 50 g
Steps:
1. Mix warm milk, sugar 2 tbsp, flour 3 tbsp and yeast. Cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes
2. Mix melted butter, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs and oil
3. Add it into the foam, add flour and knead the dough (about 10 min). Add raisins
4. Cover dough with cling film and leave for 1 hour
5. Divide the dough into parts, pull it out and braid it. Leave for 20 min
6. Brush with yolk, sprinkle with almond petals and bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees
