Aj is video me maine ek Intex ke 2.1 Home theater system ko kaise repair karte hai isi se related ek video upload ki hai jisme maine tda2030 audio ic ko replace karne ka sahi tarika bataya hai
"Tda2030a" ek audio amplifier ic hai jo audio signal ko boost karti hai iska output 20 watt hai, market me bahut se home theater isi ic pe work karte hai jisme Intex Home theater, Iball Home theater,f&d Home theater etc company is ic ka bahut hi jyda istemal karti hai qunki ek tda2030 ic ki price market me 15 se 20 rupaye me aati hai.
Kai baar knowledge na hone ki wajah se home theater ko repair karte samay jab ic ko change karte hai to usme koi bhi "thermal paste" na laga kar direct hi heat sink me ic ko laga dete hai jisse us ic ki life kam hone ke chances jyda hote hai - Koi bhi audio ic ho wo heat generate karti hai aur ye heat bahut hi jyda hoti hai jaisa apko pata hoga koi bhi electronic upkarn ka sabse bada enemy heat hi hota hai, is heat ho kam karne ke liye aluminum ki heat sink ka istemal kiya jata hai
Ab samjhiye ki "Thermal Paste" kya hota hai - Thermal paste ko kai name jaise Thermal compound, Thermal Grease, Thermal Interface, Thermal Material, Thermal Gel, Heat paste, Heat sink compound, Heat sink paste jana jata hai ye ek thermal conductive hota hai jo heat sink aur heat source ke beech me lagaya jata hai
Thermal paste ka kaam hai ki ic aur heat sink ke beech kisi bhi tarah ke gap (koi bhi surface plain nahi hoti) air ko fill karna jisse ki jo bhi heat generate ho rahi hai wo proper way me heat sink me transfer ho sake

Bahut hi behtarin tarike se samjhaya. Mere passing ek Philip's ke music system hai gisme digital display sob thik hai lakin Speaker connection ke sref owaj hai por koi Audio sound nahi FM aur AM VI DOB DISPLAY HO RSHA HAI. . Tape chi chal raha hai por sound nahi, DVD nahi chal raha hai.

Sir is board me jo 16v 100uf capisitor laga hai 5v ke liye wo khrab hone par agar sd same value ka nhi mile to kon kon sa capisitor laga sakte hai

Very informative video. There is a peculiar problem in my Intex 5.1 home theatre system. The volume is automatically increasing. Also humming sound is there. Can I resolve this issue by replacing all the IC? Or the problem is somewhere else. Please suggest.
First check volume potentiometer
