Baal Zephon: Canaan's God of the North Mountain

When trying to understand the link between Baal Zephon and Jehovah, the Canaanites become rightly connected to the Phoenicians as traders and merchants. This helps make sense of many passages of scripture. It also explains why Israel struggled to get the port cities of Tyre and Sidon and Baal's mountain in the North.

Is this Baal Zephon a king of Edom? Descended from Esau?
I’ve also heard of a Zephon son of Ishmael I think 🤔
He’s described as an angel like Nebuchadnezzar was compared to Lucifer.
