    Love your channel and recipes! These all look so delicious! Especially the Vegan chili with the mince and the Lentil and Peanut Curry! Will absolutely try! And I don't know if you already have videos, but could you make a video with other recipes you can do with the Vegan Mince? Thank you ^_^

      And in the future, I hope to share a recipe for Jamaican beef patties using the mince. But you can use it for lasagne and spaghetti bolognese also. Just some ideas.

    Hi can half cup of quinoa and half cup of canned beans avocado lunch or dinner meal can that help me gain weight and build muscles for too skinny muscles? If it’s not what lunch meal and dinner high protein gains wight thank you

      Hi Abdi,
      I get my protein from beans, legumes, seeds and nuts. Try to incorporate additional protein in every meal, e.g. pumpkin and flax/chia in breakfast, some nuts to eat with lunch and dinner.
      With regards to weight gain, I don't measure portions. I eat until I'm full, therefore I can't comment on what you've suggested above. The important thing is to ensure you're eating enough, and if you're doing so on a wfpb diet you will gain weight. Admittedly, it won't be a overnight process. Lastly, good quality fats (oils) can help with weight gain but be moderate with them.
      I hope this helps. I'm not a professional in anyway, just sharing from my experience.

      I agree. It's an amazing plant and even better fresh. My dad grows it on his allotment during spring/summer. So, this year I decided to save some for the winter. No, I live in Brum.
