As a former barre instructor, I found this workout to be a lovely combination of ballet movements and pilates. You were able to incorporate the lengthening and grace of a barre type class without the endless repetition. This was one of the more unique workouts I’ve done, and I agree with one of the comments stating that this truly felt like being in a studio rather than following along with a video. Please keep making videos!

I recently switched from doing HIIT workouts because I started to feel like a rag doll being tossed around and I really loved this workout makes me feel so feminine.

I used to do the same, and these workouts honestly exhausted me mentally. I didn’t feel that motivation before working out, it just felt like a chore. And after a few months, I found pilates. I’ve been doing it for a week or so and I haven’t missed a day. It just calms me down and makes me focus on myself for about half an hour every day. I’m no longer looking at the physical results it could give me because frankly, it doesn’t matter if it’s a 15 min walk, 3 hours at the gym, or 30 min at-home pilates, you are working out and that’s what counts.

In my head, I call this workout "the masterpiece" - even though your channel is full of masterpieces. But I was so impressed when I first tried it - by the grace, the composition, the originality, the way it works every muscle while stretching + how it actually makes you feel like a dancer. It's incredibly good.
I have definitely improved since I first did this particular workout. I didn't give up. I just kept showing up and doing my best. It has been so worth it for me.

I was thrilled to see another dancer workout. I love the arms - I am convinced ballet arms give you the best arms. No need for weights! I also love that you are using your body as resistance in these workouts with no need for equipment. It gives a lovely, graceful flow. Thank you for a wonderful workout.

I think your videos are the first youtube workout videos that don't feel heavy for me in an emotional sense. I always struggle with finishing workout videos because i feel overwhelmed by everything, from the vibe to the workout itself, but even tho you definetly kicked my ass today I completed the video feeling I wasn't pressured to do it for anyone else that for my own self, something I have never actually felt both becouse of the videos themselves and my bad mental health. So I just want to say thank you for the awesome vibe and the incredible workout

Recently switched from doing weighted workouts to pilates in hopes of slimming down a bit ( weights were giving me a bit too much bulky muscle for my personal liking) and I can't wait till this becomes a habit for me bc these workouts are wayy less intense yet still very effective feeling!
This workout is the antidote to all those hours behind the computer. I love the big arms movements that got me out of my typing position. This is the first time I've managed to finish a workout past 30 minutes....and done all the exercises. I feel amazing - stretched, strong, flowing, energized - ready to take on the day. At 17:00 my right leg was shaking like crazy. Maybe because I resumed exercising after a few months..this has never happened before so I was alarmed. But as always, great workout from Nicole ! Had to stop because of the excess shakiness of my legs, though.
Update: ended up completing the workouts by taking breaks when I need it! You're such a great instructor that I could totally understand how to do the exercise without even looking at the screen at times. And your reminder to keep breathing is always so helpful. I had an arm injury which is why I had to take a break from exercising and now I'm excited to get back on track by following your wonderful pilates classes again 💖
You know why I love these workouts of Nicole's, they are easy to modify, like This can be modified using a light set of hand weights and thin ankle weights if you wanted to add up the challenge. All of her videos are like that, I can do it with no additional weight or with, and either way they work amazing.

I am weak in lunges or so to say my leg is not strong enough when comes to balancing, will definitely continue to follow you and practice more.
