@@r.clair.lune92 I'd recommend no heavier than 2 or 3kg just to make sure you can maintain good technique. In saying that, if you are super strong, give it a try! If your technique suffers then just drop the weights. ❤️

I finished my 9 workouts of week one today! I LOVED every single workout and am happy to report that I didn't miss one day working out (which was a huge challenge as I hadn't worked out in months!). Just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for your videos AND for your weekly programs which saves me HOURS looking for the next workout to do.
In only 9 short workouts, I have lost a lot of belly fat and my abs are showing which is so beautiful to look at and so gratifying. Also I feel my core so much stronger and I can feel the muscles in my legs when I walk. What a nice feeling!

Nicole, your classes are my go to for Pilates. I can honestly say they’ve been life-changing. Your calm guidance, chill music and can-do encouragement is incredible. My body is longer and leaner at 55 than it’s been since I was a teenager. And thanks for the reminder to “breathe” in this session on the end of the leg lifts. I may not have remained conscious otherwise.

I've only been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now and I am loving it. I am an avid runner and biker. On track to run 1000 miles next year and bike 3000 miles. After just two weeks with your workouts I am already measurably faster on my bike and running, plus I feel stronger in my core and back and I can already tell that my upper back is taking less of a beating on the mountain bike.
