  • Bernie Winters and Schnorbitz make their appearance on The Bob Monkhouse Show, originally broadcast on Monday, 25th February, 1985. Bernie talks about his latest project, Whose Baby?, and his playing one half of the Flanagan and Allen partnership in Bud 'n' Ches alongside Leslie Crowther, before ending on a duet of Together, Wherever We Go.
This programme seems designed to bring out the best in its guests, and Bernie comes across here as both warm (as he always did) and funny (as he didn't necessarily). You're not likely to see much of his material on TV these days, but this clip, at the very least, is more than entertaining.
(If you're a copyright holder and have any objections, please feel free to contact me. Alternatively, I haven't monetised the video, so you're welcome to do so, and that way everybody wins.)

Bernie died 6 years after this, in 91. Seems like yesterday.
