  • Peter Cook appears on The Bob Monkhouse Show from 28 January 1985.
The first minute or so does seem a bit contrived as its just a rather forced introduction to Peter Cook's "The Frog And Peach" sketch but with Bob Monkhouse playing the role of Dudley Moore's interviewer.

Thank you to Bob Monkhouse for keeping all those film prints and video tapes of lost shows....if only the BBC had been as, how to put this, non-idiotic in throwing away most of their archive. Including many shows by Mr Cook, whose genius was plain to see. Well, it woulda been if they'd kept his TV shows with Dudley. Cretins.
