  • Floor only :) a Pilates - inspired workout. Look at this breathtaking place, it is so calming and inspiring. I hope you will enjoy this workout as much as I do, it's slow and gentle but at the same time we combine strength, balance and really nice burn in a less sweaty way.

    I really love the "slow strength" style, so as you can tell I always make sure to incorporate slow sessions at least one day per week. My body really loves it, because it's a full body activation.
    -
    This workout is:
    - full body workout, we use core strength, abs, arms, lower back, booty, thighs
    -knee friendly: no squats, no jumps, no mountain climbers or lunges
    - no standing up, floor only
    - no sweat, only strength
    -
    Tips:
    -focus on your breathing, super important
    -try not to rush anything, go nice and slow
    - think about your muscles during every second of those 10 min., mind - body connection, remember?
    - core is tight
    -don't forget to squeeze that booty :)
