    Soooo let me (try to) change this by bringing us another DANCE WORKOUT to Oldies music! We do a time travel from 60s to the 2000s… get ready for your entire family to secretly groove with you!
    ▸ an easy & classic beginning with Curtis Mayfield / 70s music
    ▸ getting a bit more sexy and funky to Aretha Franklin / 60s music
    ▸ ouuuuu love this part! Full on „robot“ choreo to SNAP! / 90s music
    ▸ and let’s make the choreo a bit more tricky and sweaty to Madonna / 2000s
    Some dance moves are a bit more advanced - but you'll get the hang out of it after doing it once - I'm sure!! :)
    PLUS I had the absolute best time filming this video. I really felt it - as you can see :D and guess what… Dennis didn’t even pay attention sitting behind the camera haha.

    i am almost 58....and these dance songs bring memories when i was in my 20"s 30"s and 40"s.....all this energy comes back !!! shaking bumping rocking grooving..all in one incredible mix. Well done!!!!

    I have been doing her workout plan. I also started drinking 100 oz water a day and got myself on an omad diet. In just 5 weeks, I’ve managed to lose 25 pounds! I went from 200 lbs to 175 lbs. I still have 20 more pounds to go to hit my target weight but I have no doubt I’ll get there. I already feel much lighter and energetic. So thankful for Pamela and Chloe! Thank you!
    For everyone out there, don’t give up! Just dedicate few months to get to your ideal weight (for most people, it takes 8 weeks to see result) and then maintenance shouldn’t be that difficult with a lifestyle change:)
    Also, I had a small win just now! I did this entire workout without slacking off and a break! Woohoo so pumped!

    This is sooo good, that I even got a bit emotional here 🥺🥺 The last track by Madonna brought me some sweet memories 🥰 I was about 12 years old that time, and really loved Madonna, so on my birthday my best friend gave me a disc with her new album "Confessions on a Dance Floor", and this song was the first one! 🙈😍 So now, during this workout, at first I was sooo soo happy and excited, dancing together with Pamela and learning the moves, how then in the middle of the song suddenly burst into tears 🥺😢🙈 I even didn't get how it happened 🙃 Not because of sadness, just emotions 🙈 It was a wonderful time back then 💜
