- Hi everyone. It's Solomon Chau here, again with my daily routine. The day has cometh and gone. On this particular day, I went to go running on the track, swam, took a cold shower, and then slept. None of the baloney, just doing the basic work required to not be a degenerate, to sustain optimal levels of dopamine levels. I did not play video games. I did not watch porn. I was living.
