Why would anyone buy a house in this ridiculous overpriced market what are you going to do spend a life time paying of a house,while essentially being house poor just to have it a few good yrs having it paid of only to xie shortly after anyways it makes no sense a basic roof over ppls head should be that ridiculous of a price.
Spend a lifetime working to pay off a house then pass it to your ungrateful kids at the end where they'll split up the money and waste it and you'll think "Wow was a lifetime of toil really worth it?" But it will be too late.
Forget the requirements… “”why aren’t you married?” Reason is …why risk assets and savings when the risk of divorce is 70%….. change the laws….thats what I say 😊. Even Brad Pitt got divorced…it happens
Please take my advice: go to a stand-up comedy club open mic and just start talking about life and your situation. Do this twice a week, and in a year or two, you will no longer be homeless. 👍

King Solomon had 1000 women in his life already, and still he wrote that his life was empty, because the woman that he loved, loved somebody else.. You do not need a girlfriend just for the sake of having a girlfriend. You need true love, and you need to be kind and considerate towards other creatures (sentient warm-blooded beings, animals, birds..) Having a wife means that you actually risk making quintuplets (or more), and they all need care and resources.. Your focus now should be getting yourself into some kind of shelter before the coming winter, not having a girlfriend and making more who that are bound to suffer in this world..
I relate to everything you say. What I did was sat down and really focused on exactly what I wanted in life. Then created a plan for things to finally happen. You should do the same even if that means completely changing your current life.

If you get it paid off in half the time or less then it can be worth it. I paid off my mortgage ( 30 year mortgage) in 14 years, but since it’s an older house I have to spend money on home improvement projects, but at least I now have the money to do it. Once that is done I can concentrate more on investing

I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that video games are like having a drug addiction. I'm understanding why they were all but banned in my dads house growing up. He HATED them. I know why now. They destroy lives. Distract from responsibilities and create unhealthy obsessions with fictional characters and environments... He was right. Hate to say it but he was right. I watch my roomate neglect everything but keeping his job. He cant maintain a car, he cant take care ofpets, he wont clen, hes lazy about everything. But spends hours and hours playing elden ring... It sickens me TBH And i USED to love gaming..
yeah mate, I totally get it, for me the conclusion that games are like drugs came in 2005 when I started world of warcraft - this game was like the fentanyl of video games. I did game my whole life - but I took a harsh break in 2013, it just came with a change in my life. I still love to play games from time to time,but somewhere along these years I did grow up and I took my respnsibilities, have two kids now, and a huge garden that almost wants the same amount of attention as my kids! just kidding, but its a lot. what do I want so say? everything can be a drug, if you do it too much. but... You need to learn how to relax man, and think of what you want to do in the future. You can make choices in life. For me, I want to find a way to move to China and live there.
Food and shelter is the only thing that is important. The things of this world is only temporary happiness. Brainwashed by society of the perfect life. To really live is to create the life you want with humility. God's word says "if my people will humble themselves before me, i will hear from heaven and i will heal their land" that land is you, your field is what you plant. If you plant the things of this world (riches) with a false sense of freedom that fruit will wither away. The greatest lie is that God is not real, he is very real. Jesus said ask and you shall receive seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened. What does that mean. To know the ways of Jesus is life. Right now many have the mind of satan, yes he is real and a spirit who lies and manipulates. Look at the world. Christ said i and my father are one, with the mind of christ you will have freedom and oeace. Only through the Lord this is possible. Many say dont tell me what to do or believe? But many are already doing and believing in satans lies and walking in his steps. Abraham walked with God, how by listening him and being guided by him. The lord speaks in a mind of peace, be still and hear. Jesus said i am the light of the world. As an ex homeless person i speak from experience. Jesus is the way the truth and life. Freedom from mental and physical bondange . He came to set the captives free. Have a one on one personal relationship with him and you will have as it is in heaven so it shall be on earth. You don't own it anyway. You rent it from the government. They can take it anytime for any reason.
