@lombardi4 The new infrastructure they are building is clean. I understand they are developing countries. Individually, the asian people tend to be cleaner people than Western people. Asians wash themselves after using the toilet. They remove their shoes when entering a home. Asians also have higher standards when it comes to their appearance. No matter their income, Asians try to look presentable when going to a shopping mall or major city. Asians also, on average, have higher intelligence, and they maintain their own property and things as best they can. Asians self regulate and don't require a government to tell them how to behave.

I was a nurse for 47 years. I job hopped a lot looking for something better. My saving grace in the latter part of my career was NICU. But even there you have to put up with crazy parents and there is plenty of them. But I loved the babies.
I have a job and structure, and I'm still jaded and crazy. keep creating and thrive!

As far as using the bathroom and showering goes, the gym is probably the best option

People for the most part are toxic. I know people from my profession who have spent time in the pokey for grifting, so it may seem like they get away with it at first, but not for long. If they didn't go to jail, they were fined up the wazoo and would be severely hampered from future grifting or might have to move out of the country. The government has got everyone's number and they want everyone working a W2, no small businesses or independent contract work. You're still young enough it's not too late to save money for your retirement. I hope you have a savings plan.

I business will change you, what you say is true ,sort of depends though nothing is a one lane road , what kinda of business matters most and how you interact with Maintenace repair cost ect ect.. but if you run into a situation where you have to work from home its might not be a bad idea...plus sides to it, no road rage or effort into regular routines vs. it might not be consistent . most business fail, can you visualize it and do the math to find successes

I'm a homeowner in my early 20s due to extreme luck yet I will probably never retire in America and getting a job is impossible. The American dream is over.
