I Came, I Saw, I Got Fatter by Solomon Chau

- Hello everyone, Solomon Chau here. It's just another day for me. I'm thankful and appreciative that I get to go out for walks during the daytime while everyone else is suffering in "the office" out there somewhere. If I'm not working, I make it my standard to "go outside" for fresh air, vitamin D, and exercise. There have been many days that have gone by in a flash where I've just played videogames and watched pornography, but now I know better. Some quick life changing things you can do in the now moment may include going outside more for a walk. No, it doesn't involve money whatsoever. In America, everyone and their grandmother wants money; but you can improve your life by just simply taking a walk outside.
Well, I guess that's it really. After everything is said and done, all you have to really do is go outside as though you were a kid again. There's nothing else you need to research and/or doom scroll mindless hours on end about. Just go outside and enjoy. Why is that so hard? Why must we always overcomplicate things as human beings?

I work at a hospital in South Jersey and have seen it all. Literally have seen it all. Obesity is the number one cause of many health issues. Good advice given. Get out and walk people.
my mom and longterm Gf (Now my ex) are both nurses. both of them started acting real strange once they worked in a hospital. my mom had a great career until the owner sold the business, so she went back to school to become a nurse at 45. all i can say is when she started it was my freshman year is HS.. i dont have any memories of hanging out with her once she started with the 5 hours of HW a night! i think hospitals are spiritually oppressive places. i am uncomfortable in them for sure
I like hospitals when I’m sick because they make you feel better, I can’t imagine working in a place where everyone is feeling sick.
