Living the American Dream with Solomon Chau

Just me saying random things as I self-reflect. This is what I do when I'm not at work. I'm trying to maximize the use of my time by getting sunlight (Vitamin D) and spending time outside during my work week. A lot of crap happens, but I how do I process it all? How do I frame information to benefit me? In other words, how do I learn from the mistakes of the past? With all of this knowledge, experience, and wisdom under my belt, I hope I don't piss away current reality or even future for that matter.

Going to the gym can make you happy for a short while. We have a fitness center at work and I try to go on my 40 minute break and get my heartrate up. Then the rest of my workday seems a lot better. On days I don't get to go I workout at home but the work day is more miserable.

I limited by liability by not associating myself with risky people and do what they do, or be exposed to the results of their poor decisions. Definitely stayed away from any long term relationship with women as women in America are broken. I was a broke loser out of college and realized I'm responsible for me. Things are much better now thanks to putting my head down and delaying gratification. Save and invest.

you are not stupid you are wise and handsome. Try to go to a church and they will help you get off drugs or try to go to treatment and get off drugs. You're handsome and you're smart, but you'll still get a spouse when you get a job, etc. Happy May Day.
