- My Saturday is gone. I've decided to end the day by sleeping for the next 12 hours. I didn't need to over engorge myself with cheap dopamine hits by going to the adult club or playing video games. I did not need to participate in instant gratification. I did not need to entertain and fuel my blood thirsty addiction for electronics. I find this utterly profound. My new goal is to try and be more balance, to live a life that is more involved with achieving sustainable dopamine levels through ordinary means without picking up gaming console controllers or going to wild night clubs.

Prayers. I overcame Opiate and Meth addiction it was a 10 year death sentence that I never thought I’d be able too give up. The key is too love yourself instead

Age 30 was when a lightbulb really went off and rather than seeing "drugs" as an escape I started seeing them as a one way ticket to waking up 60 broke and alone.

Keep your chin up my fren. Always Practice self-love and self-care. Always do your routine. Whatever you love like painting, poetry, any great hobby that makes you happy is good to do everyday. Beadwork is my hobby to keep my time occupied it was really meditational for me. And I can make $500 a week selling my beadwork.
