#FinalFantasyVII #ThoseWhoFightFurther #Reaction - Hudba
FIghting the Airbuster was incredible, definitely one of my top FF7R moments.
Yes indeed
You are not alone, me to that fight is awesome, with the boss music is Godlike, This one of my top 3 favorites song.
It was my favorite boss fight in that entire game...especially on hard mode.
That ost is incredible.
I love bombing mission and let the battle begins too.
@@sj4iyon hard mode I took like 100 tries đ
I love how this songs just ramps up at the begin of the boss battle. Music done well just makes gaming experiences so much better. Iâm glad the Japanese always Pay attention to music in their video games.
They're masters at Video game music
Anyone who denies the value of music in video games is suspicious at best :D. Love this ost so damn much
Considering the master nobuo uematsu was the first game composer entered in to the classical hall of fame not once but 3 times is just Amazing.
"Jenova quickening" next?!
When I fought this boss, heard this in the game... I can't even describe it. I was so hyped and happy, I had a tear in my eye, and my face hurt from grinning. It's... good lord. This track.
14:06 I love that take on this song!! "The electric guitar has a speech, and the other instruments are just replying to that speech"
Thanks đ
"A relentless wall of sound"
This. Exactly. Just like the song itself, the fight is relentless and theres only brief breaks for air. Youre toe to toe with a giant killer robot and a timer is running down while this relentless symphony blasts in your ear. Just like the song youve got to go full power right from the start and never let up or you get pounded flat.
Would love to see your reaction to the Advent Children version of One Winged Angel!
Me too, that's one of my favorite soundtracks!
Agreed. It's incredible!
That would be great to see him react to
The Crisis Core version has even a better intro imho
AC version is SOOOOO good. My god I had that on repeat for so long.
They really did the originals justice with the remake sound track. This one especially just brings out an energy and makes you feel awesome inside.
We still waiting for that One WInged Angel Rebirth Reaction
Great vid, though!
And Jenova
You know what Atlas? Just listen the full soundtrack and react on it xD
I actually prefer the original FF7 one winged angel the choir opera there is what makes it the best version imo.
@@Velshin1986 I think the choir is better in the original but the fact that they actually say "sephiroth" in rebirth is what does it for me
The thing I liked best about the remake OST is how it plays with your expectations. For someone who is familiar with the old music you can see how they bring themes from all over into the boss battle, and the music foreshadows some of the things that are being brought forward which you had to wait 3 disks to encounter in the original. This boss battle is a lot more ominous in the remake, it's the beginning of a conspiracy that doesn't exist in the same way in the original. In saying that, listening to it with you, some of the parts do drag which I didn't notice.
When you say " oh yeah i remember" that nostalgic feeling mixed with amazing instruments is jaw dropping
I think video game music will be more common in formal concerts in years to come.
FFVII has incredible music.
Your reaction when those double kicks on the drums came in were the same as mine! The drums in this song were epic!
Hell yeah đ€đ»
As the song goes on I feel it really portrays the emotions of an escalating battle. "The jump into the fray, the conflict, the struggle, the doubt, the second wind, the climb, the rally, the push, the victory" not my quote, but one i saw in a comment for a video of the song, and I cannot agree more with it. Great reaction
Thanks mate đ
Fifth round for "Bury the light" from DMC 5, ATLAS already noticed this, but just in case i'm gonna keep it going. Let's get ATLAS motivated!
Send me the CZcams link of the version to voidbornes@gmail.com. Do not post it here or it will get go to spam
@@AtlasBenighted ok
I am glad I am not the only one whose hands just move through the air whenever the chorus kicks in during phase 2.
I really liked the drums in this track. It's pretty much the only instrument that is always present and at the forefront. The brief rests they take almost feel like when you quickly inhale between notes when you play a wind instrument.
Gonna have to say THANK YOU!! I gained a whole new level of appreciation for game ost's through your vids! Keep it up :)
Thank you mate!
I absolutely love this theme. I even downloaded it and use it as my wake up alarm. Surely nothing wakes you up in a better mood then an absolute Killer Song with a bit of metal~
Way to get energy in the morning đ
Hell yes! I hope you react to JENOVA Quickening next! It's an absolutely amazing track about an Resident Evilish alien! One of the best tracks in all of Final Fantay!
Ff7R - Rufus Shinra Voss theme. A good one to listen to after hearing this version of the standard boss theme.
One of my favourite from remake
third phase is fire
Rogue theme too
I replayed the entire original FF7 right before the release of remake and it was so cool to hear how they reimagined all the original themes. I hope u play the remake when you are done with the original too!
Music doesn't get better than this.
*cough* J-E-N-O-V-A - Quickening
I listen to this song every day. It keeps me motivated
I would recommend Dark messenger from Final Fantasy 9 which is the boss theme for the antagonist Kuja. It might also help to listen to Kujas theme before because both songs are connected.
@@CiciColino yeah, itâs cool how you may not notice it at first.
Love your videos with reactions and analysis. Keep'em coming.
Thank you mate!
YESSSSSSSSSSSS I'm so glad you reacted to this
This song is just pure energy. Like a coffee shot. And the FFVIIR version is like a double espresso with a monster. It's just insanely good. Can't wait what SE will do in part 2 of the Remake.
From what i remember of the original game.... the bossfights will be even more insane then those of Midgar... so i imagine absolute killers.
Multiple Jenova fights. Dragons, demon wall, probably MORE shin-ra robots... Wutai with the Dons 2nd pet.
The Safe Boss at the shin-ra mansion in Nibelheim... materia keeper. Proud clod, Diamond, Ruby, Emerald and omega WEAPON
its a lot of fun having you listen to more metal-inspired tracks
Caiusâ Theme - Final Fantasy XIII-2. An example of a villainâs theme that borderline sounds more like a heroâs theme.
Omfg yes! CAIUS is such an underrated Villain. He is in so many ways a better Sephiroth if you ask me simply because of his story by itself. He isn't driven insane like sephy, he just wants to safe someone he really cares about from her eternal cycle of death and rebirth and has no options left.
Caius is my fav, followed by Kefka and then seph
Dude Caius' theme is so fucking brilliant.
As a fan of the original I must say.......I freakin' loved this game soooo much!
That epicness is heavenly !
7:03 this is the part that shook me when I heard it the first time
You have to react to FF8 - Liberi Fatali, incredible piece of art by the master Nobuo Uematsu, and you should listen to distant worlds, it's a Final Fantasy orchestra that goes around the world, they even have differents albums on Spotify. Takes the music to another level!
You need to do some of the Jukebox themes from FF7 ReMake. They are nice jazz rendition of popular FF7 songs. My favorite is "On our Way", and "Cosmo Canyon". The saxophones are everything in these renditions
Cosmo Canyon is too good to pass up!
Hip hop de chocobo đ
I love your passion! More on this album please!
Thanks Franck
I think the relentlessness of this track has to do with how relentless Airbuster is as a boss.
I agree đđ»
Nice that you reviewed this particular hot track! The Airbuster Boss Battle theme is my go-to song during my cardio workouts.
It definitely pumps you up with each increasingly insane transition phase. The mash-up of bass, electric guitar, and drums on top of orchestral instruments and choir is pure fire through and through, and never seems to let up!
Okay so Iâm not the only one. Dude the boss themes of remake are great for runs! But the part where the chorus hits transitioning into phase 3 before the deeper guitar where you feel like youâre almost out of steam but nah the song says âkeep going dudeâ!
That's best music game award winner 2020 for you
It's crazy to think that the first minute or two is the soft and gentle part. This song goes so hard, that's not even a sufficient phrase to describe it. A black hole can't crush it as hard as this song does.
Incredible music... great reaction vid!
Thanks mate!
I mean, from here the only way to get better is a reaction to "Hip Hop de Chocobo"! The best song in all FF history... :)
Bloody chocobos, slippery minions
I love how they expected you to fight a multiple phase boss and not die with this just going on in the background, lol
I managed it, somehow. Damn, felt like forever though. Very long fight.
@@ceruleanvoice3538 The first time took an age.
Second time I fought it, something clicked and made things go much easier. It probably helped I did a bunch of side missions and grinding before heading in.
I think that was just a running theme with FF7R was if you didn't know exactly how to deal big damage, the fights would take forever.
The composer for 'Those who fight further' Nobuo Uematsu formed an instrumental rock group with two other Final Fantasy composers called The Black Mages. In 2003 they did a rock/metal version of this song for their Black Mages album. If you ever want to hear an even more intense version of this song arranged by its original composer.
the voices and the guitar are amazing in this track
Yes indeed!
You should really react to any of the songs from Final Fantasy 14, the MMORPG. That's where they took a lot of the inspiration for the remake's remastered music. They've been experimenting with remixed versions of famous FF songs on 14 for years now, and they've translated that onto FF7R and the upcoming FFXVI
Youâre at the gold saucer btw in the original the âcasino in the skyâ is that place
Ah man, Heidegger taunting you during this fight made it epic!
Just came across this channel and I loved your analysis! One of my favourite boss themes ever. My suggestion for a future video would be Mortal Instants from Final Fantasy 14. I think a breakdown from someone hearing such a simple yet powerful piece for the first time (providing you haven't already heard it) would be really insightful.
Drums on this track is the real MVP
Just defeated Airbuster last night. An absolute pain in the ass but this song was almost worth the pain and controller throwing.
It is a bitch indeed
@@AtlasBenighted :O Senpai noticed me! Also love love love your content! Keep it up
Pain in the ass? It was quite easy to be fair. Yougotta disable then functions in the reactor my dude.
I'm gonna try to wreck this fucker on hard mode without any disablements what so ever one day lol
I'm really glad a version of this got brought to smash with Sephiroth. It feels really good to play good people to this song lmao
This game have an awesome OST, with some great masterpieces. Like jenova, the new one winged angel, or rufus battle theme, but sooooo much great song you must listen.
6:44 in this part of the game, if you could feel what it's like to play with this song
incredible recomposition
âWelcome to the voidâ- best intro line
Those songs gains a lot more when they are alongside gameplay! This song particular has so much power metal vibe which I'm not fan of, but inside the game it's just perfect!!
The game is amazing, the music is on an entirely different level
When I was playing I literally couldn't focus I was appreciating everything, the music, the gameplay, the whole fight, the nostalgia of my favourite game, I had to pause for an hour and realize the masterpiece I've just witnessed.
Wow!! Samee
This is an absolute slapper
I love the music from ff7 remake so i was interested in what you think about this one. The game has so many awesome tracks. My favourites are the crab Warden Theme, valkyre Theme and the Rufus fight theme.
Air buster, J-E-N-O-V-A and rufus for me
This track is amazing, please, react to Main Theme of FF VII Remake, Aerith Theme, and Zelda Breath of the Wild Music trailer and Hyrule Castle. Nice video man.
Botw trailer 2 that is (from the E3 presentation)
5:06 sounds like you're protecting the person you love, which is accurate to me!
You know its kinda insane when themes for bossesbwho appear for such a small time sound like they could be the themes for a final boss
The Casino like place is called The Gold Saucer
That one
The Airbuster was a so good Bossfght and makes me lot of Fun :3
HELL YEAH!!! I can play the Hammond part in the Black Mages/Earthbound Papas cover! One of my all time favorite tunes!!!
i love yours ff's reactions
Thanks!
I honestly just canât wait for the reaction to the One Winged Angel Rebirth theme
Now THAT is the kind of songs that creates new real metalhead fans!
For similar epic prog fantasy metal, you HAVE to listen to Blind Guardian.
Especially "Wheel of Time", "And Then There Was Silence", and most of all, "Sacred Worlds"! Absolute masterpieces! \m/
Such a very nice and in-depth analysis, also very genuine. You got yourself a new sub, keep it up bro. I don't know if you're an avid gamer especially regarding the FF series, but I would suggest you take a look into the music of FFXIV:ARR and beyond. The composer for it is some kind of genius (Masayoshi Soken) in his ability to not only keep on delivering again and again, but in a variety of styles also. I seriously do not know how a single man can produce such a huge amount of consistently on point compositions.
Thanks mate, yeah I'm a gaming enthusiast, I love it đ
Great reaction as always! I've got an out-of-left field recommendation.
Mother2 - Pokey Means Business. One of my favorite heavy metal chiptune renditions.
That game is a legend!
Last boss theme of the Remake is just insanity and eargasm on steroids, milk and honey
Gotta check out Jenova one of my favorite boss themes
Lets hope Jenova's theme is next !
I'd love to see your perspective and reaction to The Last Guardian - End Titles Suite, its one of my favourite pieces of music of all time and it means a lot to me personally, it's masterful đ
Would love to see a react of "The Azure Arbitrator" from Ao no Kiseki. Falcom Sound Team is often overlooked in the west but their music is always very high tier.
THIS RIGHT HERE falcom jdk is incredibly talented one of the top composers out there as well
Would love to see your reaction to Jenova Quickening
Amazing track.
The original song is already iconic to FF7 fans, but this remake version is perfection. It sounds like heaven.
Hey man just got done watching your made in abyss video and certainly hope you listen to other peaces of OST in the anime. Especially Hanzeve Caradina (not sure if I spelt it right)
As a lead guitarist who has transcribed and played this... Yes, this is a wet dream. I would love to see this live with band and orchestra.
Can we get a reaction to "those who squat further" aka the workout minigame music?
đ
I just found your channel and have binging your videos. I love your work! I don't know anything about music theory but I love hearing you talk music.
It would be amazing to hear you react to literally anything from Chrono Cross! It's my favorite game of all time and is widely considered to have one of best OSTs in gaming. Dragon God, Time's Scar, The Dream That Time Dreams, Frozen Flame, Dead Sea/Tower of Destruction, and Navel of the World are some favorites that I think would interest you!
Oh my thank you!
A song so epic he forgot to give it a badge
True story đ
3:48 Pretty sure you just took a long drag on that one. Breathe it in! Haha.
In all seriousness, just found your channel and its amazing.
Thanks mate!
Woooow, first time i hear this remake version. Personally i think "those who fight" is the best tune in the entire game serie, but this one is really good also :)
They did an incredible job with the theme, doing it justice, I just wish when it starts off, that iconic rift that everyone knows shoulda been pure heavy guitaring, then introduce all the other instrumentals. When you think FF7 Boss Music you think that guitar rift
Can you react to "sealed vessel" From hollow knight ?
Oh god yes
I'd like to see your analysis on how this compares to the original which was called "Still More Fighting"
I think you'll really enjoy listening to Answers or Dragonsong from Final Fantasy XIV!
Video finally starts at 2:30 (and goes straight into an ad at 2:45)
Which is placed by CZcams by new ToS
-How many loops do u want?
-How many what?
Great video ! I would love you to react to JENOVA Quickening which is for me the best boss battle theme from the Remake đ
Love your reactions and breakdowns Atlas! For a future reaction, I recommend "One of a Kind" from Bayonetta. Keep up the great work!
Thanks mate! I would love to do Bayonetta one day!
You done earned my sub brother! Two recommendations I'd make are "Hunter's Choice" from FFIX and "Battle on the Big Bridge" from FFIV
Thank you mate!
I would love to see you react to Run from FF13-2
Would you ever do a reaction to Grandia 1. "Theme of Grandia" or "Edge of The World" Maybe even Grandia 2. "Despair and Hope" I would love that. :)
I could, give Thanatos a like for Grandia!
Could you check out:
Troupe Master (Grimm+Nightmare King Grimm) Hollow knight DLC OST
It has a lot of Electric Guitar on it and its the most known Hollow Knight Track.
The World of Hollow Knight is Very Much as Dark as That of Dark Souls taking place in a Kingdom of Bugs Now Infected by a Pleague known as the Light unleashed by the Moth Goddess of Light and Dreams Radiance.
Grimm is a Vampire Moth Traveling From Kingdom to Kingdom Seeking Flames. after weve collected Enought for him We Fight him wich he Descripes as a Dance or Ritual Combat after Defeating Grimm we are send to collect The last Flames Around the Kingdom after wich we return and Enter Hes Dream and Face him For the one last time, 2 times more powerful.
Overall I think youd like the themes.
Do âOutsider No Moreâ from the Cyberpunk OST! That track gets u feeling some type of way
I'd love to see this guy react to "Roar of the Departed" from Lost Odyssey.
