Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

Doing this in 2023 bc I needed something a bit more high intensity.. Day 13 and all I'll say is I definitely see improvements comparing this day to when I started Day 1. Didn't have to pause the video after set 1. My scales def don't show much of a difference numbers-wise, but it definitely is encouraging to know my energy and stamina is improving.

Hi I'm here in 2023 trying this work out, I'm seeing alot of people lose weight from this and I'm hoping I do to! I'm going to update from day 1 to 14 to boost myself to do this everyday. And to everyone else here I believe in you. We are all in this together!
Current:99.3kgs Goal: 65kgs
Day 1✅ - it was quite difficult I took 1 long break, I was very much out of breath, couldn't do a few of the exercises but I definitely feel the pain from this work out ! Im hoping this works!
Day 2 - ✅ - Day 2 complete I woke up to alot of pain in my legs ( I can barely sit down 😭) doing the work out was a bit easier but my legs hurt so bad that some of the exercises were quite difficult, but I did it!
Day 3 - ✅ - it's day 3 already! My legs didn't much today and I did more exercises than on day 1 and 2 it felt quite easy today so I'm really excited! and I've already lost 2kg! (I am on a diet and doing other forms of exercise) Day 3 complete
Day 4 - ❎- Hi thank you for reminding me to do this bc I forgot 😭 I didn't do day 4 because it was my bday and I had alot of things to do sorry!
Day 5-❎✅? - I only did about 10mins of the work out BC I wasn't feeling the best and another 10min workout but I took no breaks and tried really hard.ill do it properly tmrw!
Hi guys I'm so sorry I did forget to update you guys after day 5 because I forgot but I can say this work out definitely works and i lost 7kgs after 2 weeks! I suggest this work out and I now weigh 92.3! I'm so happy that im losing weight and I can't wait to meet my goal weight. I hope you all are doing great and remember no to give up!

Hello! I just started this challenge because I seemed to be craving a more high intensity than the 2019 one and oh my lord did I get what I wanted...AND MORE. I completed the 2019 Shred a couple days ago and wanted to continue my journey here!

This is my third time doing this 2 week shred challenge. For me, this is the most difficult, but the most burning and effective workout. Just what you need. Thanks Chloe for your efforts. With you, I was able to tighten my figure in a fairly short time and I am sure that in the future I will achieve the figure of my dreams. I wish everyone not to give up and achieve success! I just finished the 2020 two weeks shred and came to tell my girls who want to get started with my results.
My before and after results:
waist/: 72/68.5
hips/:91.5/89.5
right leg/: 56/54.5

I couldn't pay attention to my diet. I ate whatever was cooked at home. I'm Turkish and our foods has a lot of calories. Some days I couldn't even complete the videos. But still great results. Thanks Chloe. You can do it my girls!!

Currently 136 pounds (62 kg)
Day 1: ✅ -- got me sweating a lot , wasn't really tiring because i'd tried other workouts.
Day 2: ✅ -- still sweating a lot but was less painful.
Day 3: ✅ -- wasn't sweating a lot but thighs, arms and butt were sore.
Day 4: ✅-- made a HUGE mistake by doing the workout right after eating... but either from that, my thighs, arms and butt doesn't hurt that much anymore.
Day 5 ❎-- had a workout class so didn't attend to do it.
Day 6: ✅-- notice the lower belly fat is disappearing!!
Day 7: ✅-- didn't take any breaks between the workouts.
Day 8: ✅
Day 9: ❎-couldn’t do it due to family business.
Day 10:✅-- was so much easier!
Day 11:❎-- had a workout class.
Day 12:❎-- had a workout class.
Day 13:✅-- js came back from a friend's b-day ( happy b-day cyn! ), noticed flat stomach!
Day 14:✅-- O.M.G i looked so much slimmer than before, i haven't weight myself yet because got to let my body calm down but will do in a few minutes!
( 61.60 kg)-- if you don't focus on your weight, you would see a HUGE difference on your body. my stomach is more slimmer and waist's visible!! i'll be continuing this and updating aswell.
Day 15:❎/✅-- did half of it cause had a workout class.

You know you are capable of achieving what you wish for. Even if you don't want to admit it. You have to fight for it. Nobody is gifting you self-love and confidence. It's the decisions you make that matter. So get up and face your challenges.

To anyone who needs motivation, remind yourself why you started. In 2 weeks, you’ll feel it. In 4 weeks, you’ll see it. In 8 weeks, you’ll hear it. remember, you’re not trying to “lose weight” you are trying to get rid of it. You have no intention of getting it back. But no matter what, I know some people might not believe this, but you are incredibly strong and I know you can push through this. It will get easier everyday.

Okay so im doing this in 2023 .Usually, im not someone who updates these kinda stuffs but after going thru few of ur comments, i wanna use UPDATING as my inspiration. Good luck to everyone who is trying this!!;)
Day1: i kinda did it except a few in between (i did the low intensity ones for those instead) it went pretty good except that i was having a hard time breathing after the first set (prolly since its been over a week since i moved my body this much). Anyways I will try my best to do better tomorrow!! And imma come here and update everyday (remind me if i go missing :'))
Day2 : i was kinda sore from yesterday ,but was still able to do it without longer breaks. also, i didnt have a hard time breathing like yesterday..
Day3 : had such a tiring day and came home late after shopping and stuffs. but I HAD TO DO IT ! so i did it even though it was past midnight-💀but anyways it went alriteee.. was kinda tired but still completed it!
Day4 : my legs were sore but it feels like my stamina has increased compared to the last few days. i didnt have to pause the video and take a break at all! im getting better day by day and im so proud of myself! hope i will keep getting better and get in shape asap...
Day5 : had to skip it unfortunately (regrets every bit of it)
Day6: kinda tired from not doing it yesterday BUT COMPLETED IT! tomorrow its gonna be a week and im kinda excited to share how i feel compared to day 1.
Day7:FINALLY A WEEK COMPLETED!! its the longest i have kept in track:') these days i am able to do it without extra breaks and i am feeling more energized.. weight wise, i lost around 1kg and physically i lost a lot of upper tummy fat ..i can start feeling myself being in shape which makes me excited to see the end results.. thriving 💪💪

The first day I started it was so hard, and people kept saying it gets easier, I was so convinced it wouldn't get easier but here I am day four and honestly it got easier and more fun. I definitely feel stronger than the day 1 and I am proud of myself for even getting to day 4😊

But im doing the 2 week shred challenge only to be consistent enough and make exercise my habit...coz in one day we are motivated enough to do the 60min cardio and on the other I just don't want to get up from my bed.. I can just say if you are consistent enough and want to see result I think you should go for 4 week coz the calorie burn is almost same in both and if you just wanted to try you can go for the 2 week...just an opinion tho 🥺..okay imma stop !! That's enough of my Ted talk😂

У меня нету ковра и кроссовок поэтому я не могу делать некоторые упражнения и это чертовски меня бесит ..... у меня ноги скользят в планке и локти болят ..... поэтому я пропускаю некоторые упражнения с планкой ..... делаю больше передышок и именно на челлендж хлои у меня уходит 1,5-2 часа
Что я могу сказать :
Да , Это очень хорошо составленные тренировки , но конечно некоторые упражнения повторяются несколько раз но это не страшно . Сначала я посмотрела отзывы и подумала что это нереально тяжело ... на первый день я не могла привыкнуть к упражнениям которые тяжело делать без ковра .... думала типо "было тяжело " как все говорили , но на самом деле Нет! КОНЕЧНО как и все я очень сильно текла потом но для меня это не страшно . На втором дне я так скажем " сдалась" Потому что меня бесило чувство типо " я не могу делать тренировки правильно и боялась повредить себе спину " На половине расписания я сдалась и сказала что не буду делать ... но потом я посмотрела на себя в зеркало и снова вернулась к тренировкам ... уже не думала ни о чём кроме "простоять 30 секунд правильно "
Дальше я начала привыкать не к тренировкам, а к тому что фиг у тебя получается или нет , главное - мыщцы болят? ДА , Тело поработало сегодня ? ДА, и именно это помогло мне тренироватся дальше
После того самого 2-го дня тренировок я делала все видео до конца и гордилась собой ! И это самое прекрасное чувство ...) но.... когда я была примерно на девятом дне у нас был праздник хаит поэтому я испортила себе питание .... не смогла во время заниматься и не сдалала до конца изза дел ,не нашла время , у меня сейчас день 12 и времени на трени нету .. поэтому как нибудь закончу до 14 дня и когда куплю оборудование в августе пройду заново всё как надо !!!!
Результаты:
Мгновенно ничего не меняется , поэтому нужно терпение . Результаты нам будут видны за месяц (если челлендж хлои тинг за 2 недели - то это быстрый результат но это не надолго) Другим понадобится больше времени чтоб заметить изменения .... Поэтому нужно просто регулярно тренироватся всем телом ... не обязательно изматывать себя нескллькими видео и главное - СДЕЛАТЬ ПРИВЫЧКУ , если вы потренируетесь 2 недели когда только привыкли и забросите , то фиг польза вам от этого ! Заниматся надо постоянно ( не обязательно по программе хлои тинг) и конечно питание тоже играет роль , но не нужно себя ограничивать очень жёстко ! Это модет повлиять отрицательно! Если смотреть каждый день в зеркало и ждать результатов то вы ничего не добьётесь . Именно тогда когда вы бросите это дело (каждый час смотреть на себя и ждать результатов) вы сможете увидеть их ! Забить на них самый лучший вариант . Не тренируйтесь для похудения , тренируйтесь только потому что это вам нравится ! И тогда вы сами увидите измениния в теле :)

Результат есть всегда , если ввести любую тренировку в привычку на каждый день и придерживатся её хотя бы месяц ( под словом любую тренировку я имею ввиду желательно тренировки на всё тело , если на определённый участок тела то результаты будут ооочень долгие, но лушче делать и то и другое)
Если зотите испытать себя в адском челлендже хлои тинг ТО ВПЕРЁД !! Хватит смотреть отзывы , нужно просто начать и делать , не смотрите на мнения других то что они говорят что это чертовски ужасно и тяжело! Даже если так , можно преодолеть всё!

Day 1: it was breathtaking but i did it at my own speed to avoid cramps.. day 1 successful 😁👍🏻
Day 2: did the whole workout but didn't sweat much... Some of the exercises are still that i can't do
Day 3: i got my periods and i tried to do the workout and did the warmup but after 2 exercises i gave up... My stomach was hurting too much so I had to skip
Day 4: did all the exercises with energy... Although I am still getting cramps but yeah... Did the workout👍🏻
Day 5: completed the workout very easily i am becoming flexible day by day😁😁
Day 6: ✅completed the workout 👍🏻🤧 my mom saw me doing the workout she laughed at first but then said i feel happy that you are exercising
Day 7: ❎ i don't know why I left the workout today... I would do it tomorrow for sure

day 2- ✅ i did it a bit easily but its still so hard and i had a binge-eating attack last night and my weight increased a lot and my weight didn't change after all that diet and sport it destroyed my motivasion yesterday but i cant expect to lose weight on 1 day so im going to do it i kinda like the feeling of pain doing sports and day by day ur body gets stronger so see you on 14th day 💪🏼
day 3- ✅ it was very very hard.... i stoped middle of the some exersices but i did to end 😄
day 4- ✅ i did better than yesterday still its hard i wonder when im going to do these exercises easily
day 5- ❌ i couldn't find time for exercises but i went to swimming instead and i swam like 3+ hours i was at sea yesterday too

I was dying in the middle of a workout when my mom came in. She was about to ask me to do something, but when she saw that I was working out, she smiled and said, "Oh, you're working out? -Day 1: pure suffering, but I did it all through. Sweating gallons !
-Day 2: sore everywhere, hard to complete but I went through it. Sweating a lot. Took a day off cause I went for a long walk.
-Day 3 (today): hard but less than before. I could do an exercice that I couldn't do last time, so happy ! Still sweating, well it's good.
I need to stay consistent. I always feel scared at the beginning but I'm always happy to see that I finally can do 95% of it at least.

Hi, thanks for your videos. I am almost 60, and have at least 45 pounds to lose. I decided to start the 2 weeks shred but instead of doing the whole thing, i am doing half of it, and i am doing the beginner option. So far, I am on day 3, and it is starting to be a little easier.
I will do half every day until the 25th of december, after, I will do the whole thing (beginner), I have been walking every day for 30 minutes for 3 weeks also ! I will keep posting my progress!!
Love that she also posts the low intensity version. The workouts are AMAZING ❤ but i know my body and if I try to go high intensity for the new routines all of a sudden, my body will suffer since i havent worked out for a while. So doing the low intensity the 1st 2-3 days and then adding the high intensity ones over the next days makes the transition smoother and injury free

I've been working with Chloe for 2 months and I sware, i became much more stronger. Now i can do all exercises, but at my 1st day i couldn't do even 30 %. I will be more easier, just don't give up! You don't have any reasons for that!
I DID IT!!!!!!!! I did the whole workout without pausing it or doing the lower impact version once! I started two weeks ago with the 2020 2 weeks shred challenge and I would stop the video after every set and I couldn`t do most of the exercises. Now, after 2 weeks I`m finally able to do the whole video. So for anyone who`s starting their workout routine: you can do it!!! I`ve done it and so can you, give yourself time and don`t give up!
Omg well done !! I was always working. Out in quarantine last year but I stopped so today I started the workout and did low impact and substituted some because my body has just exercised for the first time in months so I want to take a few days working out but taking it easy then move up . I’m so proud of you , you got this !! :)
I cant wait until i reach that stage, im on day 3 and i can tell its taking less time to catch my breath and im able to do more of the high impact versions. Lets do this!!!!

Finished day 9 Today. I have lost a total of 2.8kg so far. Can really tell in my face and my waist is a bit smaller however i’m bloated because it’s that time of the month 😅 will update in few days
I just finished day 12 today. Still on my period lol so still bloated but i have now lost a total of 3 kilos i’m so incredibly proud of myself. Can deffinately see it in my face my neck and my waist 🎉 the excersises were so much easier today
Day 13- 3.2kilos feeling so much better however not going to work out today because i am feeling super tired
Day 14 - Last day today of challenge doing my work out because i had one rest day before i did the last day. I have lost a total of 4 kilos so happy! I will update if there is any other changes to my weight tommorow .
