7:47 technically you’re correct. Wash and go just mean you wash and style your hair how it is naturally, but some people wash their hair then twist it, braid it, or blow it out. Since you just style your hair naturally, it’d then be called a “wash and go”.

Welcome back, sis! Can I suggest a book? You should read "The Fine Print" by Lauren Asher. I finished it a couple months ago and I don't see anyone talking about it and it makes me sad because it was a great book. It just got buried by the Collen Hoover hype.
To answer your question at 7:48, My wash day is certainly NOT a "wash and go" LMAO. Bc I do braid outs or twist outs, I can't just wash and get on with my day iwht my hair styled. My hair shrinks up too much for a wash n go (which is completely fine. But i'm just not at the point where I can confidently go out the house with it. But I'm working on it). So I can do a "wash-style-wait a day-n-go" 🤣
