pro tip, get your eye exam, ask for your prescription. and go online and get them. it’s a way better, cheaper, and they adjust them

I work at an eye doctor, and I recommend bending the legs of the glasses down and inward. That’s keeps them from sliding and makes them tighter.

Pro tip for the back extension machine, have your feet spread out to the sides more, make your back more rounded, and engage ur core to target glutes (makes you get more of a shelf) 🫶🏾

I’m an optometric tech so I suggest maybe changing the brand of lenses you wear to more comfortable ones and also Americas best has 2 for $79 glasses with a free exam included ( you have to pick from the 79 section and not add any extra coatings bc that’ll raise the price) contact lens exam is more but you get both scripts , eyeglass exam you only get eyeglass script.
I just wanna tell you how relaxing you and your vlogs are. I've had really stressful days (and it's not over) and that's why I'm watching this almost a week after it came out. But it is sooo calming, like I legit feel like I'm escaping real life for a few minutes, and I thank you for that Aliyah.

I’m sure someone has already commented this but someone with glasses and hates paying for them no matter how much my insurance covers. Sometimes I take my glasses to get retightened and reconstructed to my face. The most I’ve paid is $50. They also clean your glasses while doing so !
