I will say as someone with costo and other (unrelated, I think?) cardiovascular issues, please take it easy with the caffeine! 😅 A cup or two every day or every other day isn’t terrible but as a 24-year old somebody who was drinking some form of caffeine literally every day since I moved out of my parents house (since 18 and up until 22 years old old), it will take a toll. I had a baby (which probably didn’t help) but that took a bigger toll on my heart and now I’m checking my blood pressure nearly every time my heart skips a beat and it’s stressful. Just take care of yourself the best you can and listen to your body for real. If you feel weird after drinking too much caffeine or whatever, don’t ignore it just because you’re young. Those heart attacks, strokes, and seizures don’t just happen to old people, contrary to popular belief.
this footage is about 2.5 months old and since this i don’t drink NEARLY as much caffeine and i haven’t had any issues since this time period!!! i appreciate you for your insight, you never know who it can help!!!
also not to be that person, but i think there's an uptick of heart attacks, strokes, etc in young ppl **specifically** bc of covid and it's damage to our immune system!!! it's not hard to put two and two together when u rlly think abt it, but ill link the research/source i got the info from in the morning (it's late as hell for me rn). it's an interesting read.

I love The Hobbyists so much. This was my first coffee shop that I have went to do schoolwork during my college year. I love the vibe and staff that works there. I get their iced matcha latte with oat milk and lavender vanilla, it’s so damn good.
I really can’t believe liquid death is water …cause when I first saw that I thought that was beer…so it’s crazy that it’s water cause it does screammm alcohol 😭😂.

GIRL! I went to UC earlier this year for the SAME THING! I was having shortness of breath because it hurt to inhale. They did an x-ray of my torso and didn’t find anything abnormal. The doctor came back and told me to look up Costochondritis. She prescribed some naproxen and sent me on my way. Thankfully I haven’t felt it since then, I hope the same for you! ❤
