the elbow to knee sit ups are more commonly known as bicycle crunches
ken jjen I guess calling it elbow to knees ensures no one half asses it. Doing exercises with proper form with 100% effort makes a huge difference. It’s laughable when people think they can do X amount of this exercise and that, but with proper form their reps half. Sorry went on a rant.

Tadeo Pratolongo nah take it easy man before doing weight lifting test yourself with bodyweight exercises like push ups,pull ups,etc.after u find them easy and ur body starts to build musle,the weight lifting will affect faster.

Do it on your knees first and when you have enough strength u can do it without your knees

If you guys go to one of his old videos he when he was training JJ for the Logan v KSI 2 fight I took a screenshot in the middle of the video where it showed ksis worm up and I went back to it and it’s the exact same as this one but ksi did this twice. And this was just a worm up for ksi😳

Viddal Hey man I need help really god damn bad cause once corona is over I have an MMA match, and I need to know if 2000 weighted crunches every week will be efficient in building a stronger core & if it would help my physique.(1000 on Tuesday and 1000 on Friday)
I have heard that mike Tyson did 2500 crunches with 10kg every day and he had a beutiful six pack but I can’t find any articles online about it please man I really need help real bad 😭
MADLAD IN DA HOUSE might not work. If you do this too often your body will get used to the excercise and your muscle mass wont grow a lot at a certain point. Mike Tyson didnt only have that workout. If you want to get a glorious pack, you can combine that workout with a couple others. You should do that workout every other week so your mass wont be stuck and it wont progress.
AXG I forgot to mention that after I do this three times I will add another two hundred then do it another three times then add another two hundred then do it again and again until I can do 3600 then increase the weight and start over 😇

Joseph Gallagher I do hanging leg raises for bottom and for obliques I do weighted toe touches and 15kg Russian twists
@@madladindahouse3754 good thought you were only doing 1 core body exercise, I'll have to find the name of this exercise but I used to do it in boxing and it killed everyone because youd do it for 5-8 minutes after doing an hours worth of alternating planks and sit ups so I'll try and find that and tell you because it's amazing
