As a lazy person, I think workouts like these suit me more, especially when I have a gym in my apartment building but I rarely use it unless I'm using the treadmills 😂...my biggest weakness is creating a pattern/habit, coz I often find myself getting my diet correct and working hard for about 3 days a week then just being absolutely lazy the other 4 days of the week 😩

What works for me is to not have any expectations whatsoever. Even a single pushup is considered a workout and if I feel like it I would stop. But more often than not, since I have zero expectations in myself, I often keep going and complete the whole workout. Other days, I'm lazy and stop midway. Still better than stopping altogether. :)
@@gokulhemanthkumar4556 True, I'm gonna try my best to stay consistent especially with the basic workouts I can do before/after work in a 20-30min window. Some progress is better than no progress :)
I've been so on/off with staying healthy ever since the start of 2020.
February probably had the best progress but again, I keep negating my progress every once in a while.
But I think like you said I gotta look at it from no expectations and just keep going, no focusing on the slip ups and dwelling on the mess ups

Vidal so a big question what foods do you need to eat that will gain you healthy weight. I’m still young and growing only 15 but before I start lifting heavy what foods would be best for me to gain muscle
eat some eggs, meat, fruit, proteins
it doesn't really matter what you eat but you need to make sure what you are eating is clean, and by that i mean natural proteins, no greasy food, avoid added sugar and vegetables are gonna be your bestfriends when eating clean
Red meats, peanut butter, drink coffee it speeds up your metabolism and burns fat

Moving around in a manual wheelchair can be turned into a workout by doing it as fast as possible. Of course, you need some space for that. Good cardio workout as well as works the arms.
