German Ownership & Management of Car Brands in general are very relaxed. Bugatti f.e. doesn't mind giving even small-ish or new Car Reviewers on CZcams a Bugatti Chiron (incl Super Sport) to review without having a Bugatti Test Drivers or any Bugatti Person with them for the Drive. The same is true for Lamborghini, also under German Ownership & Management.
Same also goes for selling Special Limited Versions of Lamborghini, Bugatti etc. with Limited Ferraris, People are picked as in who may buy them. Luckily there are some anonymous German, Swiss, Austrian, French etc. Car Collectors who are close with Ferrari who always buy these & then let Reviewers (small and big) drive these on the Autobahn & show them really off, then immediately sell them again on the market here, but unlike it is so common in North America, they sell them for the price they paid and then only a few thousand euros on top of it.
While in North America but also the UK you see Owners offer these special Ferraris for a huge mark-up. Like the La Ferrari, here ive seen several not long after delivery being offered for around 900-950k (so like the OG Price) while in the US & UK i've immediately seen them offered for 2 Million and up.
Porsche recently also started to be much more relaxed about who they give access to into the holy halls of Porsche and drive their cars.
Recently they even let a German Car Show (Grip - which is like a german Top Gear) test drive Porsche Models before they were even officially released and shown.
I hope other car brands incl. Ferrari see Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche etc be this friendly to smaller Car Reviewers & as open to and start to do the same.
Prost & Cheers from the Bavarian Alps here in Germany

Lamborghini is far from having Money Problems since they're under German Management and Ownership.
The Murcielago & the Gallardo were both brought to the Market under German Ownership, go ahead and check the Sales Numbers & Profits for these two Models and after of course came the Aventador and Huracan.
Lamborghini had lots of Money Issues before 1998, the Year they were bought by us Germans and since then they had no Money Issues whatsoever, so no idea why you claim Lamborghini "needs all the money they can get" since they swim in it and are also backed financially more than Ferrari is.

The story of Maradona's black F40
When Maradona was playing in Napoli, he wanted an F40. His manager met in person with Enzo Ferrari at Monza and they argued a few hours about getting one (the original 400 units were sold out). Finally he got the OK, but when Enzo was leaving, Maradona's manager whispered "he wants a black one". Enzo went crazy, at that time there wasn't black Ferraris straight out of Maranello. At the end they agreed on getting a red one and he could paint it on his own.
A few months later, Maradona won the World Cup with Argentina. When he was returning to Italy after such achievement, he was greeted in the airport with a black F40 straight out of Maranello. The fun part, when he got inside the car he literally said "this shit doesn't have a stereo".

If you are purchasing a Ferrari from an authorized Ferrari dealership, you must sign such a contract as a condition of sale. If you are acquiring a used Ferrari from elsewhere, obvious those contractual restrictions don't apply. However, they always have the option of blacklisting anybody they don't want to sell to because they feel that person has disrespected the Ferrari brand. And the reason given for Justin Bieber being blacklisted is wrong. I'm not at all convinced Ferrari was morally in the right against Deadmou5, and certainly not all courts would have agreed with Ferrari. It greatly depends on the country how copyright/branding/defamation cases are handled. In many countries, a company has to PROVE that they actually sustained a financial loss because of the 3rd party's actions, before the court will take any action. No matter what bit of paper they made you sign beforehand. The right to parody and make art is inalienable and well protected in some places, especially if you're not causing direct, measurable and provable financial harm to anyone. Which Deadmou5 most likely wasn't.
Then there's also the question of ownership of the vehicle. Some countries say that if you buy a physical product, like a car, you have the right to modify, sell, repair or destroy that product in any way you want. No matter if they made you sign something beforehand. It's one of many means to protect consumers from unfair deals, swindlers and coercion. Like in the copyright case, national citizen's rights will often trump whatever agreement some company made you sign.

So, don't mess with Italians.

I don’t know the laws super well, but that I’m sure of. I get they signed some stupid contract, but yeah… Idk. I don’t really care about the contract. It’s rather pretentious.
