  • We take a brand new 21 Cummins and layout the factory VGT Turbo against a 67mm FI S400 unit we point out the good , the bad and well the limits! We also touch on compression ratio and firing order why a Twin Scroll charger in our opinion is far superior over a open Scroll!

      That was cool. Lurned a lot about the 5th generation and why you can put such a big turbo. I have a 2017 6.7 cummins 4th gen. I did a 3rd gen swap. I went with the B.D. Iron Horn with a s300 64.5 Bullet turban wheel and got the pulse manifold with it. It was like putting headers on her. The 64.5 is incredible 😍 👏 for my 4th gen. I still have to do an exhaust break on her yet and head studs too, and Intercooler piping. It is already so much better than stock!!!

    • @POINTBLANKPERFORMANCE
      @POINTBLANKPERFORMANCE  Před 2 lety +1

      No worries ! You take a manifold style from the 2nd gen dodges and use that style on a newer truck . It moves the turbo in the middle of the manifold so you have the front three cylinders feeding one side of the turbo and the back three cylinders feeding the other side of the turbo!

      @lwilde0422 Před 2 lety +1

      @JaegerWrenching ya the PBP guy talking about pulses fighting against each other is false. The point of twin scroll is to reduce volume between the exhaust valve and the exhaust wheel of the turbo. That's all. I think PBP is trying to make its name in diesel world but every video I see showes their inexperience. I would never take my truck to these guys. Ever.
