{How to make: a bacon-stuffed cheeseburger 🍔(by Chef Al)}

  • Bacon-stuffed cheeseburger recipe
    Ingredients:
    - 1 lb ground chuck or ground beef
    - 2 slices yellow onion
    - 2 slices tomato
    - 2 slices cheddar cheese
    - 8 slices dill pickle
    - 2 oz mayo
    - 2 leaves Romaine lettuce
    - Salt and pepper or Al's steak seasoning
    - Olive oil
    - 2 Kiser buns basted with olive oil
    Procedure:
    STEP 1 - Cook off bacon ahead
    STEP 2 - Slice pickles, dredge in egg wasit (egg and milk mixed together), then coat with seasoned flour and pan fry till golden brown, set aside, season beef with salt pepper
    STEP 3 - Use plastic lid lined with saran wrap , 1/2 in first, then stuff with cheese and bacon, add other 1/2 to form burger (make sure you seal sides, bacon or cheese should not be seen on sides), pull saran wrap over top and form burger, set aside
    STEP 4 - Cut 8 potato slices lengthwise, (1/4 inch potato stack), dredge in olive oil, it's ready to cook!
    STEP 5 - Turn on BBQ
    STEP 6 - Put burgers and potatoes on grill, cook to desired doneness, put minced on potatoes last 2 minutes
    STEP 7 - Slice 2 yellow onions (1/4 inch thick), put on grill dredged in olive oil
    STEP 8 - Build your burger and enjoy! :)
