play as the netherlands in a modern day mod and get an enormous colonial empire including indonesia the former dutch caribian colonies and america, you cannot declare war on any european nation if they do not own any of these area's, you can't be in an alliance either.

Here I am, a Costa Rican, watching Alex go along doing his usual business. When suddenly he says "I have done most countries, at least the ones people want to see". So naturally, I start thinking "hmm what countries hasn't he done? Well, he hasn't done Costa Rica, but no one would like that video, but it would be kinda sweet". Mere nanoseconds later, Alex says "for example, who would want to see a challenge as... Costa Rica?". I almost jumped xD. It's like when people make jokes on videos saying "especially you (insert common name here)!", as to surprise the people named like that.
