I was addicted to oxys for years and have also taken adderal and other uppers and he looks like he is on some sort of upper for sure. Did you know what? I got to know Rich by just watching videos on CZcams and came across of one of his videos, and just was surperly shocked on how big a male bodybuilder can get. To be honest, when I first seen Rich on CZcams, honestly, I thought he was to big. Take in mind, I've bodybuild off and on for years, and loved to get as big as I can. To me, bigger was better. I mean, I have seen Arnold, and many great bodybuilders, powerlifters, and strongest men, that only a few that I have seen, like, "Ronnie Coleman," and only handful others huge guys, that I can say is as big or look as big as Rich. But, over time, watching Rich on CZcams, I started really liking how buff he was. After only watching Rich, it literally, after awhile, I got used too, and liking his size and build, I would watch videos of Arnold in his prime, believe it or not, Arnold looked skinny to me. Kinda, like, a mildly skinny, but ripped bodybuilder, after me getting used to watching Rich, literally. Maybe, this just doesn't happen to me, and maybe their is a term or word that describes this, but I don't know. Also, over time, I just fell in loved with his build. To me, Rich's build, I would say, that it pretty much was dang near perfect, from my thoughts. His muscle physique, was almost perfectly porportionate of his whole body. Honestly, I think he deserves to be right up there with Arnold and Coleman, and other great bodybuilders. And, part of Rich's muscle physique, comes only naturally. But, besides all this, Rich became part of my heart. I liked who he really was. Yeah, people may say this and that, but he was real and honest, and straight forward, but a big heart. And, I was really affected when he passed away. Even though I never meant him in real life, and GOT to really know who he was, but the world really needs more people like him. I don't know why when I found out he died, it crushed me. But, I'll pray for those who loved Rich and miss him.
I liked him because on his CZcams videos he used to give advice the same way an beloved uncle does...miss him too! ❤
