I'd never risk arm wrestling, my mate was arm wrestling his step dad and he snapped his humerus, I was up stairs at his house and heard what sounded like a tree branch snapping and it was his arm then followed by screaming.
if you ever get into the professional aspect of the sport make sure you locate a armwrestling team in your area. They will show you proper technique on a professional table.
+Mason Mccandless I spent a large portion of my time at the British body power expo on the arm wrestling stand, I get there's technique and correct form but even the professionals have massive injuries and a broken humerus is very common. I just couldn't afford to be wrote off for a period of time, I do however respect and watch in admiration at these arm wrestlers, it's fascinating and exciting to watch.
