You get the sense that Bjornsson is just a weightlifter who happens to be 6'9", where the other guy is a normal frame who has just juiced the fuck up. I'd wager Bjornsson lives a relatively normal and healthy life, while Rich will be lucky to see 50.

Revisiting this video to post a comment. When I first watched it I was like 'wtf, this guy is the ultimate juice head.' After reading into him I realised he was a really positive guy who only ever encouraged others and did what made himself happy. Watching back its obvious to see. How he talks and listens. Well, that's kind of the way the body building world works. Most bodybuilders will admit they've used steroids and other "help" to get their body. But don't mistake that to mean they have no muscle. Most of these guys could still do 5 times as much in the gym than an average guy could. Take all the steroids and synthol injections you want, but you spend a lifetime in the gym and you're bound to get develop some serious muscle.
