@@edwinrick5200 I know, but that's not as controllable as that from those real whistle vocalists, like Mariah Carey. Jennifer Hudson's shinning spot isn't on whistle anyway. Her chest & mixed voices remind me of Patti Labelle & Aretha Franklin. I'm wondering if she's a dramatic soprano.

Yep and even though I love the Jimmy Fallon performance, she wasn't her best vocally that day. She was probably sick and/or very emotional. I love it either way.

Absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED the whistle notes duet. Just cannot beat that. I heard it, freaked out, listened again and again. Mariah is absolute talent, and I am so impressed how she brought Ariana in, and almost like, with that performance, gave her the nod of approval, recognizing Ariana's talent as well. Just so well done.

I love all THREE versions of this song from Mariah. The original 2010 version by Mariah Carey singing solo...the 2nd version from the 2015 Hallmark movie ('A Christmas Melody' --- 2015) that Mariah produced, directed, and played a supporting acting role in...and this 2020 collaborative version with Mariah, Jennifer Hudson, and Ariana Grande.
