Ok, there are a few things to point here: 1 - This was recorded by a cellphone, which also catches the audience, and some phones have noise reduction and eq enabled to reduce audio noise and balance the volume, which might be imprecise and cut off the actual vocals. CZcams also compresses the audio quality itself. 2 - Mariah's part was prerecorded, and it's very noticeable how it sounds like her voice is more attached to the instrumental than ari and jhud's. I do think that Ari's mic was low, but I noticed some struggle with the lower notes as well. JHud tho, you can hear her very clearly: she knows how to resonate and shine even with technical problems.
You talk like you're part of the sound crew. At least to me, Mariah sang her part 100% live. We all know she lipsyncs at times but I'm convinced that the situation called for 100% live vocals and Mariah delivered.

Oh Lord! I’m no J HUD fan but on this she actually salvaged as much of the scraps of this mess that she could. Audio issues are one thing but Mariah and Arianna’s voices are struggling too. Maybe they weren’t well idk. This was rough to put it mildly

But I agree definitely Jennifer had the biggest contribution to keeping the song together overall; without her it would just be the two of them standing there for half the time.
