Growing up in Northern Michigan, whatever lake you were on in the summer someone was loudly blasting Seger for all to hear. 70s and 80s, never to be replicated.

He may not be able to hit the high ones anymore but he still gets the respect he has earned and deserves from his fans as one of the best rock and roll voices in history! Rock on Bob you will always be one of my favorites!
That's a live performance right there! No auto tuned needed, or backup dancers, changing wardrobe, or hanging on wires. Just seeing a great rock star in Bob Seger singing great songs. That's it!
If you're from MI and grew up near Detroit between say . . . the mid 70's and late 80's, like I did . . . Bob Seger was a required listening pleasure. He was (and is) the "the guy" who reflected our attitude, value and outlook. Bless his heart!
in the 70s concerts, he changed shirts many times cuz sweat. If you can entertain without all the glitz, you are a true artist and he is. Adele is another example.
lol, i have said the same thing! he does change his shirt and i suppose his sweat band, he did in CHARLOTTE, NC, he told us that he gets hot,, lol, he went back for like half a minute and came back w another black shirt!
Saw him live 3 times. First time in my high school gym in the middle 60's. This song took him away from that to the big time. Great to see live. Bob laid it out leaving nothing.
One of my favorite bands of all time! This guy's songs would bring me out of my crappy city in Chicago, and into the Plains, and Rocky Mountains! It was hope of freedom I could taste as a kid, and I am forever grateful for his music!! This video just rocks!! I agree, kids nowadays dont understand great music like this by and large... I couldn’t believe how great he sounded just like he did 40+ years ago when I saw him , he hasn’t lost his voice a bit! It was awesome show!!
One of the greatest rock song writers ever and with a great voice. It seems like all his songs are written for the every day, hard working person. IMO that is why he has remained so popular. It's very easy for the average person to relate to him.
Very few artists REALLY touch the soul. Mine anyhow. Bob is one of those artists. I grew up on Bob. He's been with me my entire life. Substance. Bob is pure substance. Peace
Saw Bob on the No Mystery Tour back around '95 in Cleveland, OH. One of the top 3 concerts I've ever seen. I'm in the business, and I've seen ALOT of concerts over the years.

Poor kids. They missed out on all of this Great music when everyone played their instruments and wrote their own songs.

There will never be another Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. These guys totally rock and rock on with the universe!!! Rock my world. The absolute best concert I ever went to was Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band in Baton Rouge Louisiana in the early 80’s. Beautiful performance pouring out all that energy!

We went to see him in Fargo and my daughter said something about his "old man" moves on stage. I went back and watched some older concerts and he had the same moves back in the 70s; they were just more fluid and spontaneous back then. Best concert ever!!

It was really sad we, Japanese fan could not have a chance for such a experience of great talent as Bob hated to take a flight for touring... But we love his music.. Thank you Bob for real music during our golden ages.

Came back for another look. I remember the first night I heard these two together and who brought the album. He's gone three years now but I still raise a glass and enjoy.

Im sorry for your loss

We went to see him in Fargo and my daughter said something about his "old man" moves on stage. I went back and watched some older concerts and he had the same moves back in the 70s; they were just more fluid and spontaneous back then. Best concert ever!!

It was really sad we, Japanese fan could not have a chance for such a experience of great talent as Bob hated to take a flight for touring...
But we love his music.. Thank you Bob for real music during our golden ages.
Been with you since the late '60, Bob. Saw you in Tucson a couple times.....even towards your retirement. God Bless you and enjoy that retirement......you worked hard EVERY SHOW, brother. That was evident. God Bless you, your family and those that played in your band of late. jbeinarizona
