1994 April - SL56 prep and cab ride

Observe the preparedness of SL56 Up Goulburn Express prior to departure from Goulburn Saturday 23 April.
Post inspection of the trains wheel set brakes, the brake examiner has a short discussion with InterCity Driver Roger Cantwell prior to the train set shunting to platform 1, under the watchful eye of the yard shunter.
Final scene is a drivers eye view of from No.2 end of 4461 as it leads SL56 and traverses the Maldon Curve.

Really enjoyed that, especially the No2 end leading of 4461, not impressed with the co-driver reading a novel rather than watching the road ahead. Sad to learn that Roger has passed on, I remember him at Central. Thanks for posting.
