Probably because all manual cars are SOLD. They are not making this car anymore, it's basically what you get from the dealers and that's it. You can't really configure a new car (you might be able to on the website, but the dealer most likely will tell you it's not possible to order one).

Looking at the configurator the Comp only comes with the MTA box from new.
