Great clip to see all the different models I’m an old git and was thinking of getting something with a bit more poke then the basic 500 so I might go for the entry level Abarth Convertible in black with leather seats and maybe go for the yellow callipers hopefully not too boy racer ,one thing I’d like to ask are the 16 “ wheels ok or would the 17” make much difference ?
Love your videos, Stef! You've mentioned Alitalia livery as something related to Lancia Rally cars, but there were also Fiat cars using that livery - Fiat 131 Abarth Rally, in fact!

I believe it is the black wire attached to a bit of grey plastic as seen top center in the following picture. It has a metal clip that needs to be pushed from the front to detach it. Worked on my 2019 comp.

I’m in East Anglia and only about an hour away from there but I just didn’t find out about the event until a few days before so it was too last minute for me
I am about 5 minutes down the road from here! My 595 70th is being delivered in 3 weeks' time so I wasn't quite ready to come to this 😔
I loved the blue hydro-dipped carbon fibre backs on the blue Abarth as not seen them in that colour before. I believe the esseesse however you write it or pronounce it come with the original black/silver carbon fibre backs as standard which fits in with the rest of the interior. There should be a choice as not everyone will want the original ones and more colour choice in the interior. Apart from the blue and original one I have only seen them in red candy.
Definitely the most customisable car out there but anything beyond small decals is not straightforward and you will have to be patient/ persevere or know someone who can if you want a car that is unlike any other.
If you have the time, money and know how a lot can be done to them. Dealerships don't have a great deal of choice Abarth-wise so unless you buy privately or direct from Abarth the choice is limited. I've been lucky to get an ex-demo in my choice of colour on two separate occasions.
Hopefully they will continue and grow in popularity in the UK as no longer available in the USA due to lack of demand I guess.
If you want greater individuality and more speed from the car it won't come cheap unless you are happy with a few stickers and content with an extra 20 bhp.
I love the brand and was never really interested in cars before. Had a Fiat 500 Sport, an Abarth 595 and now own a Competizione.
My local dealership had more Fiat 500s than Abarths, a few Jeeps and not one Alfa Romeo on show.
Difficult times! Hybrids and Electric will probably take over as people usually go with what is most economical.
Making me miss my 595 Competizione 🇮🇹

Have you ever driven the 695 Tributo Ferrari? I seen one in a Fiat dealership over here in Northern Ireland years ago. Stunning little car but with a big price tag!
Not driven it but ultimately it’s a trim level so the same car as a 595 comp

A bunch of garbage fiats, these cars made fiat leave North America because of their shit quality, and constant repairs.
