Suzuki S50 I didn't solve

Spent days after I got this bike running, trying to solve an issue that was unrelated to the no-start, Thats the problem with bikes that come in not running I guess

next door has one been sitting abit ideals then quits like getting no fuel ..plan on rebuilding them and trick's or quarks when removing the carbs>>??
