Because the hair industry doesn’t quite care about the environment over high profit / margin, sadly. I’d first learnt about banana fiber as an alternative to synthetics and unethically sourced human hair years ago, disheartens me how biodegradable and sustainable fiber still isn’t readily available on the market

The 2 questions i have is if anyone knows if this hair tangles a lot & if you can use heat tools on it like curling irons/ or hair straightener. Otherwise I love the realistic non shiny look that synthetic plastic hair fibers/ kanekalon have.
It can be straightened. You can use heat on it. I actually use flat iron on mine
