Any true 4x4 can do this with a low range transfer case and removing all the stupid plastic junk they have hanging in front of them. Most of the garbage that is sold as 4x4 today is anything but true 4x4. It is usually nothing more than rear assisted front wheel drive.

Many do not seem to understand that there is an enormous difference between Hummer (a defunct car company) and a Humvee. Hummer is junk except the H1 Alpha which was based on a Humvee. Humvee is HMMWV an actual off road vehicle for the military.
for extra info: the H1 is really just a humvee with carpeting, cushy seats and air con. Basically stuff to make it more comfortable for driving around in. Also some military stuff was deleted too - no waterproof gauges as an example, but you could just order parts from a milsurp site/shop and with very little effort make it look more like a humvee.
a stock hummer will still do more than any other stock vehicle will do. I've had 4x4 trucks, and jeeps. I currently have an h3 and it will go through anything.

Chelsea Man my H3T Alpha drove circles around my friends Jeeps and lifted trucks. Kinda regret selling it but it was horrible on fuel.
