Looks so tasty.😋 Great to see Gaspar again. He is looking happy, healthy, and well-rested. It’s gratifying to see him going so strong after all these years.
That looks amazing! Gaspar sir you were great! You’re a natural. Although Daddy Jack sounded like he was REALLY anxious for Gaspar to just get to eating instead of looking at what to pick! 😂😉. It was adorable, and much respect to both of you!🙏👍
Daddy Jack...I watched one of your videos about two weeks ago and you mentioned something about the large spoon Mom always cooked with and sometimes gave you a smack with. I thought that was funny as hell because my Mom was Italian, and only 5.0 tall. Growing up she was always at the stove cooking up some Italian masterpiece and always with the same large spoon, she used it for everything. I remember when we were kids me or my 2 brothers would walk through the kitchen and sometimes she would give you a smack with that spoon, then it was , Mom!, what was that for? ..She would say that was for what ever you did that you thought you got away with!....lol I have her large spoon mounted on the backsplash behind the drop in stove. It's never used it's just for looks and memories.....Keep the video's coming Brother...
That looks fabulous. I'll definitely try this, but with chicken (gotta make the li'l lady happy) or pork tenderloin pounded out thin. I'll be looking for Gaspar's channel, and look forward to the old traditional dishes he'll prepare (I'll be taking notes). Thank you Jack and Gaspar (I saw the wiener schnitzel video and it made me want more) for what you do. Keep up the good work.
David, 30 Years ago Gaspar and I met at a chef's event, he was stationed next to me. In had extra help and he was alone, we helped him out and we became instant friends.

That looks absolutely delicious. Good to see Gaspar back in the kitchen.
I can’t remember how many veil marsala dishes I have have seen let alone cooked, a nice squeeze of lemon @ the end brightens it up. Nice job.

Prosciutto is a great addition to this, and served over pasta is even better! I personally enjoy spaghetti or capellini
Looking good Jack! Nice to see Gaspar. Y’all have a great weekend.
Thanks Chass, You Too!

Looks Great ! Wish I was having for Breakfast!!!! 👨🍳
Gaspar rocks! Thanks, lads.
Damn. That is my favorite meal. Now I have to go and get me a new bottle of marsala.
I love to do a side of some crunchy rosemary potatoes with gorgonzola cheese on them. seems to work as the perfect side.

DJ How did you and Gaspar meet ?

What is the green stuff he used on 5:43?
I miss the heavy cream ;-)
mmmm that looks great!!! I'm going to follow this. just use chicken instead
I use a dry sherry wine and beef (or veggie) stock for veal marsala. I dont like using a chicken stock with beef and vice versa.

Let’s see Gaspar cook!
@5:12 just a little charred flavour for the veal
I'm fat and I trust a fat chef anytime .

Jack cuts and pounds that veal like a BOSS. Makes all the difference. Yummy!
Your pans not sitting level is driving me mad big man
Very common in commercial kitchens and restaurants with high output, and it doesn't matter on a gas flame commercial stove top....LOL
thumbed
How’s the diet going big boy

Thanks Sandra, Not sure what the future for the restaurant holds. We'll have to see. Thanks, Jack
