Really it is. I found this channel and this amazing chef like idk 6 weeks ago. Spent at least a dozen hours watching this man cook. Learned so much here, starting with mixing olive oil and butter in the pan, but no end of lessons in sight ;) Seen pictures of him on google and i know this man was a special person. Thank you so much Daddy Jack and thanks to your family for keeping this amazing, heart warming blues cooking content up! Love from germany!

Not some Bobby Flay or other celebrity chef, you are the real deal and so smile because you know flavours and how to get things done without all of the magician tricks and it is for that, that you are seen as, GENUINE.
