Before daddy jack my cooking would get a ( not to bad } , and then tell me what I should have added to the pot. Now she says this is really good, she is a really good cook herself. I worked for one of the world's largest food industries at age 18. I'm now 43. I know good food, and this channel has great food. I've tried over 20 of your dishes with great success. I always give this channel credit. Keep it up brother!

I love cajun food! I lived on the Mississippi gulf coast for about ten years and ate alot of it down there and learned how to cook it too. I now live in Southern California and cook it for family and friends and they love it and never tasted anything like it. Thanks Jack, love your videos.

I personally have dove in deep into Chinese stir fry cooking, but my dad was a captain's mess cook on a navy ship and has inspired me immensely with his cooking, feeding us kids as we were growing up.
