I have the 2004 and so far no issues. Do you know how many failed? I doubt if they all failed.

In some cases yes, some models do not and transmission may not shift correctly when removed

I have a 04 Quest and the LCD is unreadable. The illumination/power will also go out and cause the overdrive to disengage as well as the lighting to go out only on the mph gauge, not the radio screen. Is this fixable with your $129 service package?
