  • Many women fear that they don’t have enough milk to satisfy their baby’s hunger although that’s hardly ever the case. However, if a woman’s milk supply is indeed insufficient, then there are natural ways to quickly increase the milk supply.
    So, in this video, Nathalie Kaufmann, Pregnancy & Birth Consultant and TCM Therapist, and Mathias Ritter, Researcher and Science Geek, walk you through the 12 most effective and fastest ways to naturally increase your milk supply.
    First, they explain the 3 reasons why women often believe that their milk supply is too low. Then they discuss the 12 most effective ways to naturally boost milk supply. This includes the formula of a tea as well as acupressure points to increase the supply. They also explain what you need to consider when using a breast pump, and how you can increase the amount of milk which you express.
    Finally, they also tell you the 3 most important signs to look out for, if you want to know if your baby is feeding well.

    BREAST PUMP TIPS:
    There are 2 ways to use a BREAST PUMP to increase milk supply:
    1. Try to continue expressing milk after you have breastfed your baby. It does not matter if your breast is empty at this point. All you do is telling your body that you need more milk!
    2. Try to express milk in between the feeds. When you do that, it’s important to make sure that the milk is flowing BEFORE pumping. Otherwise, you could end up pumping for hours to express a decent amount of milk.
    In order to establish that flow of milk, you need to increase your Oxytocin levels. The easiest way to do that is to let your baby suckle on your breasts. Another way is bonding with your baby (see below).

    TEA RECIPE:

    25g Melissa (Lemon Balm Leaf)
    25g Dried St. John´s Wort
    25g Tulsi Leaf (Holy Basil)
    25g Fennel Seeds
    If you cannot find certain ingredients, leave them away!
    Mix the ingredients together! Then take 2-3 teaspoons of the mixture and pestle it. Next, put the ingredients into a tea pot and pour 1 liter of hot water over the mixture! Then cover the tea pot and let the tea infuse for 10 min! Finally, strain the tea through a sieve and drink the warm tea as often as you like!

    You may know your not making enough milk if your baby doesn't have enough wet diapers in a day. This was the case for me once home, despite frequent feeds. We turned ro supplementing with formula right away to get baby hydrated enough. We always bring baby to breast 1st, feed, and if she's still hungry after 20-30min we'd give a bottle. I pump after feeds to help stimulate. My supply has gone up significantly this way, but is still a work in progress, which is why I'm watching this video. It's important to focus on Fed is Best when it comes to how hard breastfeeding is and raising a newborn.

      @rajsamyuktha4944 only when my supply goes down. like recently, I had a clogged milk duct that resulted in mastitis, so my supply went down by more than 1/2 on my left breast, which wasn't enough per feeding for my baby. I was able to pump a stash prior, so I use some breastmilk in a bottle, too. Supply is recovering now that the clog is resolved and I'm off antibiotics.

      First of all, if we have not done so already (because we completely lost the overview who has already given birth to their baby 😅), we want to say: CONGRATULATIONS on your newborn from the 2 of us!!! 🥳🥳🥳 We hope both, you and your baby are well!! 😍
      Also, it's GREAT to hear that you like our video - thanks a lot for your feedback! 😊
      By the way: please keep in mind that initially, over the first couple of days, the milk supply is always low because during that time, your body only produces colostrum. This is a highly concentrated milk which contains everything the baby needs. And then only after a couple of days, the milk supply will naturally increase!
      We wish you GOOD LUCK and ALL THE BEST for you and your newborn!! Enjoy every minute of it!! ❤️

      first of all: CONGRATULATIONS on your baby from the 2 of us!!! 🥳🥳🥳
      We are also very happy to hear that you have found our content helpful! Thanks so much for your lovely feedback - it's the best compliment a channel can get! 😊😘
      Regarding your "problem":
      The reason why pumping produces less milk than when a baby sucks at your breast is because of the oxytocin. When your baby is near, your body produces oxytocin which lets your milk flow.
      So, our tip: let your baby suckle at your breasts a little bit at first, and then pump! That way, it should go much easier 😘
      We also posted a video on how to increase the milk supply. Please note however, that women almost never have a low milk supply. If the demand is there, your body will satisfy that demand....
      We hope this helps! 😊
      We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

      i suffered from this esp bc i was exclusively pumping bc my baby had to stay at the hospital for the first couple of days without us plus she was very small so i wanted to see how much she was drinking. i didn’t realize that always pumping until empty exacerbated things. at week 7 i realized i wanted to solely nurse and it would actually help me to normalize my production. i saw an ibclc and was told to block feed (hand or manual pump express only for comfort) and even that didn’t totally get things back to normal so i was told to eat peppermint altoids/drink peppermint tea but that altoids were most effective and i had to take regular sudafed for a day or so. the sudafed dries up mucous glands and is the most effective thing in drying up supply so be extremely careful bc your supply could tank if you take too much. always consult an ibclc or someone certified. im not. im just sharing what i did and it worked. baby is now 4mo ths 1 week and things are going great!

    Hi. Thanks for this useful video. I have a question: can expressing milk by hand have the same effect as the baby breast feeding? Can it increase the prolactine hormone in order to produce more milk as this method also stimulates the nipple?

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před 2 lety +8

      Hi there Valentina 😊,
      expressing milk by hand can have the same effect as breast feeding in the sense that both teach the body that more milk is required. Thus, the body will produce more milk. Or vice versa: if you neither breastfeed, nor express milk with your hand, you teach your body that no milk is required. Thus, your body will reduce the supply.
      That said, although nipple stimulation does cause the release of Oxytocin, there is an even better "Oxytocin generator": your baby: 😊 If you let your baby suckle on your breast first, it will then (normally) be much easier to express milk...
      We hope this helps! 😊

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před rokem

      Hi there 😊,
      here is the thing: your body produces milk based on demand. So, if you increase the demand, your body will also produce more milk.
      Therefore, if you stop formula feeding and increase the frequency of breastfeeding, your breasts should quickly produce more milk...
      We hope this helps! 😊

      Hi there 😘,
      it is very important that your baby's mouth covers most of the areola and nipple when you nurse her. Only that way, your baby is able to remove the milk properly.
      The best thing you can do is, talk to a midwife (or breastfeeding consultant if that's an option where you live) because they can observe one of your feeding sessions and then tell you straight away how to improve the latch.
      Is this possible at all where you are based?

How can I stimulate my breast to produce more milk if my baby refuses to latch ?

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před 2 lety

      Hi there 😊,
      normally, it does not matter if your baby removes the milk from your breasts, or if you extract it manually. In both cases, the body knows that there is some demand that it needs to cover. And in both cases, it will increase the supply if the demand increases. In other words: the more you extract or the more your baby drinks, the more milk it is going to produce.
      Therefore, you should not have any issues with a low milk supply.
      The problem is that women whose baby does not latch on their breasts have a much harder time to extract milk. And because it's so difficult to extract, they believe that their milk supply is low.
      If your baby would suckle on your nipple first, your body would release oxytocin. As a result, your milk would flow and it would be much easier to extract the milk.
      So, unless a midwife or lactation consultant has confirmed that your milk supply is indeed low, you can probably resolve the situation by making your baby suckle on your nipple. Just so much so that your milk starts to flow.
      So, you don't have to make your baby correctly latch on to your breast. Suckling will do.
      Try it! Maybe it helps solve the problem!

    I had no milk after delivery and my baby was hungry so I had to formula feed. I got a pump and managed to get about 25ml out the first time drop by drop. This really upset me as I had been looking forward to breastfeed. I started eating lots of leafy greens like spinach and ruccola and suddenly went from barely getting 25ml out to getting 100-150-200ml out in one go after pumping. But it's still not enough. I'm only able to feed my 3 week old breastmilk about 1-2 times a day :(
    I really wanted that intimate bonding time with my baby but now I feel like I'm not good enough.

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před 4 měsíci

      Hi there 😘,
      the problem is: right after your delivery, almost no mom has "enough milk" in the sense of that abundant milk flow. Initially, all your body produces are a few drops of colostrum. However, this is all that baby needs at the beginning.
      Your milk only starts to flow in abundance from about day 3-5 onwards. Still, it is important to keep feeding your baby that colostrum during those early days (even if you believe you don't have any milk) because only this will stimulate your body to produce milk in abundance eventually...
      We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před 2 lety

      Hi there 😊,
      to be honest with you: it's the first time we hear that green coffee is supposed to burn belly fat. Therefore, we checked some scientific databases to see, if we can find some studies about it.
      Indeed, there ARE studies about green coffee and they do find that green coffee is effective to reduce weight. That said, please note that most of them are not really high quality studies which is why it is difficult to say if the results are really "true". Also, please note that some studies say that green coffee is not recommended due to health concerns. However, they don't really explain WHY there are any health concerns.
      In brief: there are several studies which find that green coffee seems to be effective to reduce weight. But they might be biased (= not measure what they are intended to measure). Plus, there are safety concerns... Therefore, it is difficult to say, if you should go for it or not...

    When does the first appearance of breast milk occur normally?? People say that it starts some 15 days before delivery...... Is it so?

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před 2 lety

      Hi there 😊,
      no, that's actually not so. 😊 Or, let's put it this way: it MAY be the case that you see a few drops of milk even before your delivery. But the body actually only starts to produce milk in abundance some time between 3-5 days AFTER your delivery.
      So, right after birth, you only have a few drops of colostrum (a highly concentrated form of milk) for your baby - which, however, is enough for your baby at this point. And then once your milk starts to flow (again, this will happen some time between 3-5 days after birth), your body will produce milk based on demand: the more your baby drinks, the more your body will produce...

    My baby is 20days old and he feeds from my breast and also receives formula. Latch is very good, he empties both breasts at each feed and we top him up with formula. He’s a very hungry baby he feeds every 3 hours - 100ml formula + breast milk and he still cries for more. I would like to increase my supply so I don’t have to give him more formula but since I’m still in a lot of pain from c section, I think I am too stressed to produce more milk 😢
    When I had my first born I breastfed for 2 years with no problem. He was just as hungry as my new baby but I didn’t have to use formula top ups back then

      Hi there 😊,
      please don't stress out too much about it! The most important thing is that your baby is eating well and gains weight. It is totally okay to do a combination of breast milk and formula milk.
      Our advice is: take care of yourself first! Make sure that you recover well! And when that's done, take on the next "problem" of increasing your breastmilk supply. But again, as long as your baby is feeding well, there is really no need to be worried....

      @@ParksCheer No, it's not too late! It's simply a matter of demand and supply. Normally, if you offer the smaller breast for a longer period of time and the bigger breast less often, it should help you.

      Hi there Mita 😊,
      there are several things that you can try. Unfortunately, the question what EXACTLY leads to the desired outcome very much depends on the baby. So it's a matter of trial and error.
      First of all, you could try different feeding positions: czcams.com/video/sRgAB2sBmVQ/video.html
      Second, make sure that you try your best to make it possible for your baby to have a good latch! We describe what a good latch looks like in this video: czcams.com/video/xnQ7nDeW1HY/video.html
      Third, gently massage your breast before feeding your baby because this can make it easier for your baby to latch on well.
      Fourth, try to feed your baby BEFORE baby get's upset (i.e. over-hungry). Look for hunger cues, f.e. fussiness (but not crying) or sucking on fingers!
      Remember: it is often a combination of things which can lead to the desired outcome. If this does not help, we encourage you to talk with a breastfeeding consultant because they can give you feedback which applies to your particular case...
      We hope this helps! 😊

      Hi there, 😘
      actually, this is normally a sign that the latch is not good. If a baby is not correctly latched on to the breast, it is very difficult for the baby to remove the milk. In those cases, they often start pulling on the breast and get frustrated.
      The best thing to do is to talk with a breastfeeding consultant or midwife. Let them observe one of your feeding sessions and then let them help you improve the latch... It's really the best you can do...

      the milk normally comes in some 3-5 days after birth. So, particularly when you support your milk flow by expressing milk from early on (i.e. from day 2), there should normally be more than enough milk after day 5.

      Hi there 😊,
      not necessarily, no. Your breasts produce milk all the time. So, if you express breast milk after a feed, you basically tell your body that more milk is required - and your body will respond by producing more milk.
      A better way to evaluate if baby was able to remove milk from your breast is that your breast would feel much softer after the feed.

      we know what you mean! We come across similar cases all the time: babies who are bottle-fed and then refuse the breast. So, rest assured: it is quite common.
      Regarding your question:
      Yes, even if you "only just" pump milk, the supply is supposed to increase too, given that you keep expressing milk.
      However, what we recommend is that you let your baby suckle on your breasts first before you try to express milk, even when your baby does not latch eventually. That's because this will help release oxytocin in your body and this should make your milk flow more easily...
      We really hope this will help you! 😊

      If you are exclusively pumping you also need to be pumping way more than 3-4 times per day to establish supply. Pump the same number of times a baby would feed a day or even more than that to increase supply. I have to pump 8-10 times/day to establish supply for exclusively pumping, otherwise your supply is not going to increase and will continue to decline. A lactation consultant can help.

    Thank you for this video. I have one question that I can not find an answer to. Many mothers recommend a device like Haakaa to put on one breast that the baby is not feeding from. Are you supposed to still let the baby drink from both breasts, although you used the haakaa? Or is this product just used to avoid spilling milk?
    Thank you so much ♥️

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před 10 měsíci

      Hi there 😊,
      to be honest with you, we don't know that particular brand (Haakaa). However, we can say this much: in general, when you use a breastpump, you can certainly let your baby drink from that breast afterwards.
      The reason why many moms recommend using a breastpump on the breast that your baby has not been feeding from, is because 1. they want to avoid that that breast starts to produce less milk (because the baby is not drinking from that breast). And 2. in order to avoid that that breast is getting smaller if baby does not drink from it.
      At least, this is what most moms tell us!
      The reality is: as long as you alternate between both breasts, there is really no need to worry about those things... And you also don't necessarily have to use a breastpump.
      A better reason to use a breastpump is, for example, to remove the milk from that breast in order to avoid any pain related to a full breast...
      Does this answer your question? 😊

This was also the case with my first baby though the latch was very good, I was making enough milk and they were perfectly achieving their milestones.. But I still exclusively breastfeed both children as I don't want to decrease my supply by top feeding with formula.. They say "Baby is very healthy but lagging in weight".. Hi there 😊,
      actually, breasts never really stop producing milk which means that the more your baby drinks, the more milk is being made available by your breasts although it may become more difficult over time for your baby to remove that milk.
      That said, when you pump milk, you may indeed get the impression that your breasts "run out of milk". And that's because what makes the milk flow is the hormone oxytocin. And when you have your baby close to you, your body produces a lot of it which makes your milk flow.
      When you pump milk on the other hand, the effect is not the same. Therefore, you may get the impression that you run out of milk eventually - when in reality, it may just become more difficult to remove the milk over time (although this is not true for EVERY woman - some have no troubles whatsoever to pump milk in large quantities)....
      We hope this helps! 😊

    Thank you for the wonderful video. I had a query. I have a one month daughter. I breastfeed her, but even after long breastfeeding session she never seems satisfied and I need to give her formula feed. Is my milk supply very low? I can't keep a track of the pee count as she is not completely on breast milk. I tried some of the points you suggested but still face the same issue. Can you please suggest.

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před 2 lety

      Hi there 😊,
      what you experience is something that many women experience. However, in our experience (and this is also what we hear from breastfeeding consultants all the time), the problem is often that the baby just cannot properly drain the milk from the breast. This can have many reasons, for example, because the baby cannot correctly latch on the breast (for example, because of a wrong position). But there could also be other reasons, for example, inverted nipples which make it difficult or even impossible for the baby to properly drain the milk from the breast.
      That's because if your baby IS able to drain milk from your breast, then your body would normally quickly realize that it needs to provide more milk for the baby - thus increase the supply.
      However, in very rare cases, a mother may just not have more milk for the baby and the body - for whatever reason - may just not be able to produce more milk.
      So, what we would do at the clinic is, we would send you to a breastfeeding consultant or midwife so that they can observe one of your feeds. They can then give you feedback if your baby correctly latches on your breast and give you tips on how to improve the latch (GIVEN that there is a problem with it at all). If everything is alright breastfeeding wise, then the next step would be to have your provider confirm that you just cannot produce more milk.
      Unfortunately, that's the only advice we can give, also because, under normal circumstances, the tips that we share in this video should really help you increase your supply...
      We still hope this information helps! 😊
      We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

      Hi there 😊,
      okay great that you already talked to a breastfeeding consultant! But just to clarify: why exactly can you not count your baby's diapers? Why is this related to your baby being cranky after the feeds?

      A breastfeeding consultant can be a big help because she can help you understand if there is anything that you can improve about your breastfeeding. Because if your baby is able to correctly latch on to your breast and remove milk from your breasts, your milk supply will increase all by itself....

      Hi there Valentina 😊,
      did you see our answer from yesterday? We know that youtube sometimes deletes our comment, however, we can see that it's still there... can you see it too? 🤔
      Here is what we wrote: 😊
      Expressing milk by hand can have the same effect as breast feeding in the sense that both teach the body that more milk is required. Thus, the body will produce more milk. Or vice versa: if you neither breastfeed, nor express milk with your hand, you teach your body that no milk is required. Thus, your body will reduce the supply.
      That said, although nipple stimulation does cause the release of Oxytocin, there is an even better "Oxytocin generator": your baby: 😊 If you let your baby suckle on your breast first, it will then (normally) be much easier to express milk because it will make the milk flow...
      We hope this helps! 😊

      Hi there 😊,
      actually, many babies do that! Some babies even do shorter intervals. Some babies seem to prefer "snacking" over a full meal, if you want to put it like that...
      But rest assured: there is nothing fundamentally wrong with that. So, it's not that you don't have enough milk. It's normally just a feeding pattern.
      What we would do though, is making sure that the latch is correct. Otherwise, the problem could also be that your baby is not able to properly remove milk from your breast. That would make your baby tired very quickly.
      The best thing to do would be to talk to a breastfeeding consultant (or your midwife, if a consultant is not an option where you live). They can observe one of your feeding sessions and then give you immediate feedback.
      Based on that observation, they can also give you tips on how to increase the gap between the feedings. However, again, normally, there is nothing fundamentally wrong with your baby's feeding pattern. It's just what some babies do....

His blood tests were all fine but we were advised by the paediatrician to supplement with formula... previously he seemed satisfied after a feed but his weight gain was slower than they wanted. Could the fact that I'd had an unplanned c sect after a stressful few days leading to his birth have affected this? He is still being topped up with formula and I'm trying to pump as much as I can... Will I still be able to get to the point of producing enough for him?

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před rokem

      Hi there Jess 😊,
      first of all, please note that it is not uncommon for babies to lose some weight during the first week after birth. That's because at the beginning, all your body produces is a few drops of Colostrum. This form of milk is highly nutritious (from a micronutrient point of view), but it does not contain lots of fat and proteins.
      The actual milk only starts to flow some 2 to 5 days after birth (depending on your case). And normally, there is absolutely no need to supplement with formula.
      An exception is when your baby was born with a low birth weight already and then ADDITIONALLY lost some weight OR if your baby suffers from medical issues. In that case, it is certainly highly recommended to supplement with formula...
      Unfortunately, it is difficult to say in how far your unplanned C-section affected this. We are tempted to say it did not. But then again, if the body goes through a C-section, it does not produce the same hormones that it does when it goes through a natural delivery, which COULD have had an impact on this...
      As for your production, we really would not worry! You WILL be able to produce enough milk (unless there are medical problems of course). But normally, that's not gonna be a problem. However, you have to make sure that you keep breastfeeding your baby as much as possible with the overall goal to eventually get rid of the formula and to solely breastfeed your baby. The more you breastfeed your baby, the more your body realized that there is a high demand for milk. And the more it will produce....
      Don't worry! The initial period can be quite tough, particularly for first time moms! But you will get there with a bit of experience! Just don't give up!! 😊
      We hope this helps! 😊
      We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

They said my supply was low because after 15min on the pump at the hospital I'd only gotten 20ml. As he is getting older he is more alert after a feed and takes more settling to get to sleep. Hi there Daniela 😊,
      first of all, please note that the most important thing here is that your baby constantly gains weight! And it seems that this is happening, so that's a good thing!
      Regarding the nipple shield: we know several similar cases. And all of them reported similar things like the ones you are mentioning. However, none of them was able to solve these problems without the help of a breastfeeding consultant. And seeing a breastfeeding consultant is what we strongly recommend in your case as well!
      A breastfeeding consultant can observe you while you are breastfeeding your baby with and without nipple shields. They can then tell you how you can improve the latch without nipple shields. And this will help you take out the guesswork because of the immediate feedback that you receive. Because even if we gave you tips about how to improve the latch, you would never be sure if you do it right if you don't get that feedback.
      We don't know where you are based and if this is an option at all. But normally, you should not have any troubles finding a breastfeeding consultant. Alternatively, talk with your midwife!
      We are sorry that we cannot be a better help here! But what we recommend here is really based on our experience of what works best in cases like yours... We hope you understand!

      Hi there 😊,
      you are absolutely right: only once your son starts to drink properly, your milk supply will increase! And the trick to get him doing that is a correct latch!
      But there is also another problem: babies are smart little things. Your son will most likely find it much easier to drink milk from a bottle. Therefore, it is likely that he starts refusing your breast.
      Therefore, it is not only a matter of the correct latch but also to "get rid" of the bottle.
      Still, the first thing to take care of is the latch so that your son realizes that it is quite easy to drink from the breast. And in order to do that, we really recommend seeing a breastfeeding consultant or - if this is not an option where you are based - talking with your midwife.
      The reason we say that is because in order to improve the latch, you will need an expert to observe one of your feeding sessions. And then they are supposed to give you feedback based on what they see!
      Only that feedback will help you improve your latch! And then, you can also talk with them about getting rid of the bottle, which is the second step.
      Unfortunately, that's the best advice we can give you because there is no way for us to give you any tips on how to improve the latch, if we don't know what you are doing wrong (or IF you doing anything wrong at all). We are sorry for that....

      Hi there 😊,
      it's all about the milk! Breastmilk is the best a baby can get! So, it's definitely better than formula feeding a baby... 😊

      Hi there,
      there are fundraiser websites out there which can help you raise funds for the surgery. Have you tried those?

  • @rethabileramokhothoane8052

    Hi, firstly I'd like to thank you for these amazing videos,I watched them multiple times during my pregnancy and I gave birth 6days ago✨♥️
    My question is, yesterday my left breast was producing a lot of milk and it was hard and sore. However my right breast was so small it had me really worried. Today however both of them are small and light weight is this normal??? If not what can I do??? I drink a lot of tea and I feel like it's not helping 💔💔💔

      Hi there 😊,
      first of all: CONGRATULATIONS on your newborn from the 2 of us!!! 🥳🥳🥳 We hope you both are doing well!!
      We are also very grateful for your feedback!! It is always great to hear that people find our videos helpful! 😊
      Regarding your question:
      We would not worry about that because initially, your body is adjusting to the demand for milk.
      So, normally, after about 5 days after a delivery, the body starts producing milk which is why your breasts can feel hard and sore. And then, when your baby removes the milk from your breasts, they will feel soft and lightweight afterwards.
      But at the beginning, when the feeding process starts, the production of milk is still being optimized. Most likely that's the reason for what you observe. But over time, your breasts will produce more and more milk, depending on your baby's demand.
      But of course, if you have any concerns about that, please do talk with your midwife about it!
      We hope this helps! 😊
      We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

    Hey... I am expressing milk for my newborn. Why is that I get less milk from right side compared to left side? Any solution to this ??

    • @CareAboutLittleOnes
      @CareAboutLittleOnes  Před 2 lety

      Hi there! 😊
      This can have several reasons. For example, maybe your baby just drinks more milk from the left side and less on the right side. Therefore, your body could think that the demand for milk is higher on the left side - leading to a higher production of milk on that breast compared to the other breast.
      Alternatively, it could be that you express milk from the right side at a time when that breast is already empty.
      Or maybe, you express milk from the right side without having made sure that the milk flows when expressing milk (for example, by having the baby suck on your nipple first).
      So, in order to increase the milk supply on the right side, you "simply" need to teach your body that the demand has increased for that breast. Keep expressing milk, even when not much is coming out! But do make sure that you have established that flow of milk first, again, by letting your baby suckle on your nipple first...
      We hope this helps! 😊
      We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby! ❤️
