The Trent Williams block wasn't dirty... It was a clean block that started from the side & Vander Esch turned to try to make a play that caused the block to look like it was a block in the back... Plus Williams, like all players are taught to finish their blocks & nobody could know that another player would be in a position that would cause an injury... Only a Homer would call it a dirty play...
No kidding... Also, Vander Esch had a glass neck (cervical stenosis). It was already bad when he was out here at Boise State. Heck, the Cowboys didn't take his 5th year option because of it.

The last 3 seasons were our chances. We were in the position to go all the way with “great” teams put together. The whole team just chokes when the pressures on. I’ve worked at AT&T Stadium for 2 seasons and I’ve never heard the crowd boo until this last playoff game. It was ridiculous. Undefeated at home until the game _really_ mattered. At least another decade of suffering as a Cowboys fan.
