Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out. You can certainly only apply braces on your upper teeth, however we always suggest that you might as well work on some of the other problems that you may not see, such as bite issues and spacing issues. It's rare to see someone not have some of the issues that we talked about.
It's also going to be only marginally cheaper to get the top done comparative to both the top and bottom. They still have to do all the work to get the braces and such, you may as well just include the bottom too.
In regards to pricing, it's really hard for us to say as each dentist prices things differently. We would recommend that you visit a few other dentists and orthodontists in your hometown so that you can get more information on the price as well as how long treatment will take! 🙏

Hard to say without seeing you in person. You absolutely need to visit a dentist and talk to them about your condition.
Can this work on a 25 year old?
It's unlikely to, since your bones become a lot more solidified at that age! We typically recommend patients of your age to get braces or invisalign!
