  • Use the Self-Clean cycle on your Samsung oven to make cleaning the oven a breeze. Self-Clean blasts high heat to melt away food residue. It’s important to make sure the oven is in a well ventilated area if you’re going to use self-clean. Before starting the cycle, remove any pans, racks, and accessories from the oven, make sure it isn’t lined with foil, and don’t apply any oven cleaner. Now you’re ready to run the cycle, but make sure to keep kids and pet birds away from the oven while it’s running. It will be hot, and the fumes may be harmful to any birds. When the cycle is finished, wipe away any residue on the surface, but avoid commercial oven cleaners.
Be aware that the door locks during heating and stays sealed during the cooling period, so always be careful of hot air around the appliance. Turn the oven off if it’s smoky or doesn’t seem to work right, and cut the power before contacting a qualified service technician. You got this! Watch the full video for details.
