      You gave me motivation to pull through with out stopping but I have been doing some of his workouts for 2 months now and do a lot with dumbbells but never stop going if you think it’s too much keep going I thought that challenge was hard doing it but as I’m done I feel like doing more workouts saying that I’m gonna go do that now ending it here hope this motivates everyone

    Amazing video Igor, you are giving us these videos all the time and we are not grateful enough. Thank you once again, but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from Nextlevel diet, but I believe there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I just lost nine lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪

    4th February 2022 - after completing your upper body workout, did whole 30 reps with proper form, lower back touch the floor and not squeezing head with hands but squeezing abs throughout the workout 💪
    12th February - 30 reps
    13th February - 30 reps
