The 2nd one I can see the gadget design got its inspiration from Japanese omelette.
The egg poacher will be very useful as well. It would've surely worked well if you applied oil to the cups before you put the eggs in them.

The 9"TEFAL pie maker makes great omelettes mix eggs and ingredients pour in, cook, slide it on to a plate, done
Oh Sweetie....I’ve seen my daughter use the Round Pan and According to Her...you put egg in both sides, then toppings- cheese on 1 side/meats & veggies on the other. That way when you Close it, you’ve got egg on Outside and Goodies in the middle. Basically what you made, is called a Frittata.

You can make INCREDIBLE omelettes if you use a skillet and cover it, the top and bottom cook evenly....VERY SIMPLE!
