ચાલવાથી વજન ચોક્કસ ઉતારે છે હું 5 km સવારે અને સાંજે 5km થી 15 દિવસ માં 6 kg ઘટ્યો સત્યે તેલવાળી વસ્તુ ગળ્યું ખાવાં નું ઓછું કર્યું તો ચોક્કસ ફરક પડ્યો

Follow intermediate diet. 101% result mdse. For example . Bapore 12 vagya pachi j je khavu hoy te khao and sanje 5 /6/7 vagya pachi kashu nai khavu. Means 1 time fix kari do divas ma 12- 5 or 12-6 ma j khavanu te sivay nai khavanu. Me 1 month ma 5 kg weight loss kryu htu.

I am at 50 and I have noticed to start my knees pain issues bse if joint lubricants doctors advice to take supplements also restricted for climbing stairs and knee bending excercises. I am regular walker also doing suryanamaskar and some other excercise. Please advise

Last question was what is ideal loss of weight per month. I don’t agree with your answer. For all persons the same standard can’t be true. It was mentioned in the Video every body is unique. For person who is considered overweight based on age and height the total weight is different for every person. So naturally using same standard of weight loss per month is not appropriate. Perhaps percentage of weight loss could be better standard
